Custom Dry Mix Mortar Production Line Tailored for Colombian Client Enters Formal On-site Installation Stage

2026-09-22

Recently, the customized dry mix mortar production line tailor-made by our company for the Colombian client has successfully completed maritime delivery of equipment and officially entered the on-site installation phase.

The infrastructure and residential construction market in Colombia keeps developing, and the local demand for high-quality dry-mix building materials such as tile adhesive, interior and exterior wall putty, plastering mortar and waterproof mortar is growing steadily. Having been engaged in the local building material industry for many years, the client plans to build a new intelligent dry mix mortar production plant to expand product categories and raise production capacity so as to seize opportunities brought by the local construction market. After fully communicating with the client about the expected output, product formulas, plant site conditions, local raw material characteristics and power supply conditions, our R&D and engineering team designed a complete solution of dry mix mortar production line customized for the client.

Adopting modular design, the whole production line consists of raw material storage system, automatic batching system, lifting and conveying system, main mixing system, finished product temporary storage and packaging system, as well as central electric control system. The equipment can switch formulas flexibly to produce various dry mix mortar products including tile adhesive, wall putty and plastering mortar. It adapts to local sandstone and powder raw materials in Colombia, balancing production efficiency and finished product quality. Meanwhile, targeted optimizations have been made in energy consumption control, dust collection and operation safety to meet local environmental protection and safety production regulations.

In the preliminary stage of the project, both parties held multiple rounds of online technical seminars to confirm key items including plant layout, technological process, equipment parameters, electrical scheme and spare parts list one by one. All equipment was manufactured and assembled in our factory, and pre-commissioning was carried out before delivery. Every single machine was tested to troubleshoot potential problems in advance. All equipment was packed into containers in batches and shipped to the project site in Colombia.

At present, our professional engineering installation team has arrived at the project site and started on-site construction work. The team will carry out a series of installation work in sequence, including foundation rechecking, equipment positioning, frame welding and assembly, pipeline laying, electrical wiring and dust removal system installation. Construction standards and on-site safety management are strictly enforced throughout the process.

After all installation work is finished, the project will proceed to single-machine test run, full-line linkage commissioning, formula trial production and on-site operator training. Our engineers will guide the client’s team to get familiar with equipment operation, daily maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring that the client can operate the whole production line independently and stably.

Once the project is put into operation, it will help the client build a standardized dry mix mortar production base, enrich dry-mix building material product lines and improve market competitiveness. Based on this cooperation, mutual trust between both sides will be further deepened, supporting the client to continuously explore the building material market in Colombia and neighboring South American countries.
