Custom Dry Mix Mortar Production Line Tailored for Philippine Client Enters Formal On-site Installation Stage
Project Background
The infrastructure market in the Philippines enjoys robust growth. Residential construction, commercial building renovation and supporting road projects have driven rising demand for high-quality dry mix mortar products. The local client has been engaged in the building materials industry for years. Their original simple mixing equipment suffered from limited capacity, low formula control accuracy and single product range, making it impossible to meet market supply demands for tile adhesives, internal and external wall plastering mortar, masonry mortar, waterproof base coats and other diversified building materials.
After multiple rounds of technical communication, solution comparison and site condition investigation, the client finally selected us to build a customized dry mix mortar production line. Taking into account the Philippines’ hot and rainy tropical climate, workshop dimensions, local power supply conditions and the client’s target output, our technical team carried out targeted optimization for the layout of the whole set of equipment, raw material storage system, dust removal system and automatic batching control system to adapt to local production environments in Southeast Asia.
Project Solution & Line Advantages
The customized dry mix mortar production line delivered this time features a high level of automation. It covers a complete system including raw material storage, automatic metering and batching, high-efficiency mixing, temporary finished product storage, packaging and dust removal. The production line can flexibly switch mortar formulas and produce multiple types of dry mix mortar with one set of equipment to match the client’s multi-product operation plan.
To cope with the high temperature and high humidity in the Philippines, the equipment adopts optimized moisture-proof structures for raw material silos and is equipped with a complete dust removal unit to effectively reduce dust emissions and comply with local environmental standards. The electrical control system is treated with moisture-proof protection to ensure stable long-term operation of equipment under tropical climate. The whole production line features a compact layout to save workshop space. It is easy to operate and convenient for later maintenance, which fits the operation model of small and medium-sized building material enterprises in the Philippines.
Project Progress
At the preliminary stage, drawing confirmation, equipment fabrication and assembly, factory pre-commissioning and factory inspection were completed. All equipment was packed in batches and shipped to the project site in the Philippines. After the arrival and inventory check of equipment, our professional technical engineer team traveled to the Philippines to officially start on-site installation work.
Currently, construction work includes foundation calibration, main equipment positioning, conveying pipeline assembly and electrical wiring. After installation, we will conduct single-unit commissioning, full-line joint test run and trial production with mortar formulas. Systematic hands-on training on operation and equipment maintenance will be provided for the client’s operators and management personnel. Once the project is put into operation, the client can independently and stably produce various dry mix mortar products, filling the supply gap of high-quality mortar in the local market and helping the client capture more shares in the Philippine building materials market.
