Custom Dry Mix Mortar Production Line Tailored for South African Client Enters Formal On-site Installation Stage
Recently, the complete set of custom dry mix mortar production line designed by our company for South African clients has successfully completed sea freight delivery and entered the formal on-site installation stage. As another key overseas project, this marks our further expansion in the southern African building materials equipment market after multiple completed dry powder mortar projects across Africa.
South Africa’s infrastructure market has witnessed steady recovery in recent years. Residential construction, commercial building renovation, road and municipal projects keep driving up the demand for high-quality dry mix mortar. The client plans to build a modern dry mortar factory to produce tile adhesive, internal and external wall plastering mortar, masonry mortar, floor screed mortar, waterproof mortar and other building materials. During the negotiation phase, our technical team fully investigated the quality of local sand and aggregate raw materials, local climate, plant site size, power supply conditions and the client’s capacity planning. Instead of adopting a standard universal design, we customized a full automatic production line solution for the customer.
The whole production line consists of raw material storage system, automatic batching system, high-efficiency mixing host, finished product silo, packaging system, dust removal system and complete electric control automation system. The equipment features stable performance, simple operation and easy maintenance, which fully adapts to local working conditions in South Africa. The production line is reserved with expansion space for customers to add more product types and raise output capacity in the future.
During project execution, our company carried out equipment processing, welding, assembly and pre-commissioning at the factory in strict accordance with drawings. All machines passed stand-alone test and combined commissioning inspection before being disassembled and packed for sea shipment to the project site in South Africa. After customs clearance, our overseas technical engineer team arrived at the plant to guide equipment positioning, frame assembly, pipeline connection and electrical wiring. Once installation is finished, engineers will proceed with machine commissioning, trial production with mortar formulas, and skill training for local operators. The training covers equipment operation, routine maintenance and mortar formula adjustment, ensuring smooth commissioning of the whole plant.
The African building materials market boasts huge potential, while raw materials, climate and industrial foundations vary greatly from region to region. Our company adheres to the principle of “one solution for one project”, and customizes dry mix mortar equipment according to demands of clients from different countries. We have delivered dry powder mortar production lines to Southeast Asia, Latin America, Central Asia, Russia and many African countries. The progress of this South Africa project further enriches our project portfolio and local service experience in southern Africa. Going forward, we will continue to provide one-stop overall solutions for dry mix mortar production lines for global building materials customers, covering scheme design, equipment manufacturing, sea transportation, on-site installation & commissioning and after-sales training. We help overseas clients build efficient and intelligent dry powder mortar production bases.
