Booming residential construction, highway infrastructure and urban renewal projects across Uzbekistan have greatly boosted local demand for standardized dry construction mortar. The local building material client’s outdated production line had low automation, inaccurate batching and limited output, which could not support large-volume order supply. After comparing multiple domestic equipment manufacturers and investigating similar overseas projects, the client chose to cooperate with us for customized complete mortar production equipment.

We customized an integrated automatic production line matching the local climate, industrial voltage, raw material characteristics, factory area and production capacity targets. The whole set includes raw material storage silos, automatic precision batching system, continuous mixing unit, finished product storage, automatic bagging machine and dust removal system. Controlled by PLC intelligent central control system, it drastically cuts labor demand.

The line is capable of manufacturing interior plaster mortar, exterior thermal insulation anti-crack mortar, tile adhesive, grout and other products. It features minimal batching error and stable finished product performance complying with local construction standards. Equipped with pulse dust collectors, the whole production process generates little dust for eco-friendly operation.

After equipment shipment, our professional technical engineers went to the local site for construction work. Overcoming barriers including cross-border communication and limited site conditions, we finished equipment positioning, pipeline & circuit connection and full-line test run efficiently. Meanwhile, we delivered systematic training for the client’s production team, covering equipment operation, daily maintenance, troubleshooting and formula parameter adjustment to ensure independent stable mass production.

At present, the production line runs stably at full load and fully meets the client’s capacity expectation.
