Qingdao Qingchi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer focusing on full sets of dry-mixed mortar production lines and supporting mortar processing equipment, with our self-owned standardized production factory located in Chengyang District, Qingdao, close to Qingdao Port for convenient export transportation.
Our factory is fully equipped with laser cutting, CNC bending, automatic welding and complete assembly & test lines, realizing independent full-process manufacturing for all mortar equipment: dry-mixed mortar production lines, special mortar equipment, putty powder production lines, gypsum mortar units and mortar construction machines.
We have rich experience in non-standard customized mortar production lines, able to design and manufacture 5–30 ton/hour small, medium and large complete production lines according to customers’ raw materials, plant area and output demands. Large batch orders can be stably delivered on schedule.
We implement multi-layer inspection specially for mortar production equipment:
- Raw material inspection for steel frames, weighing sensors, mixing hosts and electrical control components (all key parts adopt international famous brands);
- Semi-finished inspection for mixing tank, lifting machine, screw conveyor and other core components;
- Full load test run for the whole mortar production line before shipment to guarantee stable mixing accuracy, automatic batching and long service life. All production records are archived for traceability, effectively solving the common problems of uneven mixing and inaccurate weighing on mortar production lines.
The factory has an exclusive mortar formula test area and equipment R&D workshop. We cooperate with European mortar industry institutions to optimize mixing technology, automatic batching system and intelligent control of mortar lines. Multiple independent R&D structures of mixing equipment have obtained national patents, adapting to ordinary masonry mortar, thermal insulation mortar, putty powder, self-leveling gypsum and other diverse production demands.
Our factory passed SGS on-site factory audit in November 2021 and obtained Made-in-China Audited Supplier certification. The audit verified our real production workshop, complete mortar line manufacturing capacity and formal business qualifications, which is a reliable credential for global mortar project buyers. Customers are warmly welcomed to visit our workshop to check mortar equipment production progress and test machine operation on site.
Adjacent to Qingdao Port, we provide professional shockproof, rust-proof export packaging for complete mortar production lines. We cooperate with stable logistics suppliers to arrange sea freight efficiently, shortening delivery time for overseas mortar project customers.
