A complete set of large-scale full-automatic dry mix mortar production equipment independently developed and manufactured by Qingdao Qingchi has been fully loaded and shipped to Southeast Asia, serving local key infrastructure construction projects. This shipment marks another important breakthrough of Qingchi in the Southeast Asian engineering equipment market.
The delivered full-automatic production line integrates automatic batching, intelligent stirring, quantitative packaging, centralized dust removal and unmanned operation functions. It can flexibly produce thermal insulation mortar, waterproof mortar, bonding mortar and special engineering mortar, meeting the diversified mortar demand of large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, buildings and municipal engineering.
Before delivery, the QA team conducted repeated commissioning and inspection on the whole line to ensure that the equipment meets international industry standards in terms of operation stability, production efficiency and environmental protection indicators. All equipment and accessories are packaged in standardized export wooden cases and films, with anti-collision and anti-corrosion protection in place to adapt to long-distance combined sea and land transportation.
