Self-leveling Mortar Production Line
Self-leveling Mortar is a high-performance pre-mixed dry-powder flooring material produced by professional automated production lines. It is formulated with special rapid-hardening cement, high-strength mineral aggregates, polymer resins and imported functional additives through precise computer batching and uniform mixing. After on-site mixing with clean water, the mortar presents excellent fluidity and self-leveling performance, which can automatically flow, spread and level on the base surface without excessive manual troweling.
Designed for floor precision leveling, this product effectively corrects uneven concrete floors, screed defects and height differences. It can form a super-flat, smooth, high-density and high-strength base layer, providing an ideal paving substrate for various finishing floor materials such as wooden floors, laminate floors, carpets, tiles and epoxy floors. Featuring fast curing, low shrinkage and high stability, it is widely applicable to residential, commercial, industrial and public building floor renovation and new leveling projects, and fully complies with EN 13813 and domestic construction quality standards.

The product possesses ultra-high fluidity and automatic leveling capability. After pouring, it can quickly spread and fill base depressions and fine cracks, eliminating manual floating errors. It forms a seamless, flat and delicate floor base with high flatness, completely solving the problems of traditional manual cement mortar such as uneven surface, large error and poor flatness.

Adopting rapid-hardening formula, the mortar features fast setting and strength growth. It can bear light pedestrian traffic within 4–6 hours after construction and reach full strength in 24 hours. The subsequent floor finishing construction can be carried out quickly, greatly shortening the overall project cycle and improving construction efficiency, which is very suitable for urgent renovation projects.

- 1. Construction Environment Requirements
The construction ambient temperature shall be maintained between 10℃ and 30℃, and the relative humidity shall be controlled at 40%–80%. Construction is prohibited in high temperature, low temperature, windy, rainy and dewy environments. Avoid direct strong sunlight exposure during construction to prevent rapid water loss and uneven leveling.
- 2. Base Layer Pre-treatment Requirements
The base surface must be solid, flat, clean and dry. Remove all dust, oil stains, wax layers, loose residues and old peeling coatings. Repair large cracks and pits in advance. For porous and water-absorbent bases, interface agent priming treatment is mandatory to prevent excessive water absorption of the base from causing mortar insufficient hydration, hollowing and cracking.
- 3. Mixing Proportion & Operation Standards
Mix strictly according to the standard water-to-powder ratio. Use a professional electric mixer to stir for 2–3 minutes until a uniform, lump-free and high-fluidity slurry is formed. Let the slurry stand for 1–2 minutes for defoaming, then stir slightly again before use. The mixed mortar must be used up within 30 minutes; secondary water adding and re-stirring are strictly forbidden.
- 4. Paving & Leveling Process
Pour the mixed mortar evenly on the base, spread it with a tooth rake according to the required thickness, and eliminate surface bubbles with a defoaming roller to ensure uniform flatness. Single pouring thickness shall not exceed the standard range; excessive thickness shall be constructed in layers to avoid settlement and cracking.
- 5. Curing & Protection Rules
Close the construction area after paving to avoid pedestrian trampling and dust pollution. Keep ventilated and dry for natural curing. Avoid water soaking and impact within 24 hours. Subsequent floor covering construction can only be carried out after full curing to ensure the overall leveling quality and structural stability.

A1: Self-leveling mortar has ultra-high fluidity and automatic leveling function, which can form high-precision flat floors with far higher flatness than traditional manual plastering. It features fast curing speed, low shrinkage, no cracking and hollowing, stable quality, less manual dependence and higher construction efficiency, completely making up for the defects of large error, easy cracking and slow progress of traditional mortar.
A2: Under normal temperature environment (20℃), the mixed mortar has a working time of about 30 minutes. It must be used up within the valid working period. Once the slurry becomes thick and loses fluidity, it cannot be used again, and secondary water mixing is forbidden to prevent strength failure and poor leveling effect.
A3: The main reasons include insufficient base priming treatment, excessive water addition, overdue use of mixed mortar, too thick single-layer pouring, rapid drying caused by strong wind or sunlight, and untimely curing. Standardizing base treatment, mixing ratio, construction process and later curing can effectively avoid such problems.
A4: Under normal temperature and dry ventilation conditions, light walking is allowed 4–6 hours after construction. Tile and stone paving can be carried out after 12 hours; wooden floor, carpet and epoxy floor construction can be carried out after 24 hours. Low temperature and high humidity environment properly prolongs the curing time.
A5: It is suitable for solid concrete base, cement mortar screed, terrazzo floor, stable old tile floor and other common indoor bases. It is not applicable for loose, powdered, seriously damp and non-stable peeling base layers, which need to be repaired and reinforced in advance.
A6: Yes. The product is made of inorganic mineral raw materials and high-polymer environmentally friendly additives, solvent-free, non-toxic, odorless and zero volatile pollutants. It reaches A1 fireproof grade, meets green building material standards, and is safe and environmentally friendly for long-term indoor use.
