- Check all bolts, blades, transmission parts and oil level before starting. Remove foreign objects inside the mixing tank. Never start the mixer with load or under overload condition.
- Feed materials strictly according to production formula. Hard impurities and metal objects are forbidden to enter the machine to avoid blade damage. Add fiber and fine additives evenly to prevent agglomeration.
