Tile adhesive is a professional cement-based dry-mixed polymer mortar produced by dedicated tile adhesive production lines. It is formulated with high-grade Portland cement, precisely graded quartz sand, inert mineral fillers and imported polymer modifiers, waterproof agents and anti-crack additives through automatic batching, stirring and drying processes. This product is a green and environment-friendly building bonding material. After being mixed with clean water on the construction site, it forms a uniform plastic mortar with excellent adhesion, flexibility and workability. It is specially designed for bonding various ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, vitrified tiles, marble, granite and other wall and floor decorative materials. Compared with traditional cement mortar, it effectively solves common construction problems such as tile hollowing, slipping, falling off and cracking, and ensures long-term stable paving effect of building decoration projects.

-
Superior Bonding Performance: Formulated with high-efficiency polymer adhesives, the product features high tensile and shear bonding strength. It can firmly bond tiles and substrates, completely avoid hollowing and tile falling off, and meet long-term load-bearing and anti-drop requirements.
-
Excellent Anti-slip & Anti-sag Performance: With unique anti-slipping formula, it has strong vertical anti-slip ability. Tiles will not slide or displace during wall tiling construction, which greatly improves construction efficiency and paving flatness.
-
Strong Weather & Water Resistance: The cured mortar forms a dense waterproof structure, with excellent water resistance, frost resistance and aging resistance. Its bonding performance remains stable in humid, high-temperature and low-temperature environments, suitable for indoor and outdoor long-term use.
-
Superior Construction Workability: The dry powder has uniform fineness, easy to mix without caking. It has long open time and adjustable time, allowing workers to fine-tune tile positions freely. The troweling operation is labor-saving, which effectively reduces construction difficulty.
-
Good Flexible Crack Resistance: It has micro-flexibility, which can effectively buffer and absorb slight deformation and shrinkage of the base layer. It avoids tile cracking and peeling caused by base layer stress and temperature difference deformation.
-
Green & Environment-friendly: Produced by automatic production line with pure inorganic and environmentally friendly raw materials. It contains no formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful substances, with low VOC emission, non-toxic and odorless, compliant with international environmental protection standards for building materials.
-
Stable Product Consistency: Adopts automatic batching and constant-temperature stirring production technology, with accurate raw material ratio and stable product quality. The performance of each batch of products is consistent, avoiding quality fluctuation of manual mixed mortar.

Base Layer Treatment: The base surface must be flat, solid, clean and dry. Remove dust, oil stains, floating ash and loose residues thoroughly. Repair and level hollowed and cracked base layers in advance. For porous water-absorbing base layers, pre-wet treatment is required, and no accumulated water shall remain on the surface before construction.
-
Mixing Requirements: Mix according to the standard powder-water ratio strictly. Pour clean water into the container first, then add tile adhesive dry powder, and stir evenly with an electric mixer until a smooth and lump-free mortar is formed. Let the mixed mortar stand for 3-5 minutes, stir again briefly before use; do not add water or powder arbitrarily during construction.
-
Construction Environment: The construction ambient temperature shall be controlled between 5℃ and 35℃. Do not construct in rainy, snowy, windy weather or on frozen base layers. Avoid construction under direct strong sunlight to prevent rapid water loss affecting bonding effect.
-
Construction Operation: Use a special trowel to scrape the mortar evenly on the base layer and the back of tiles, with uniform thickness. Complete tile paving and position adjustment within the open time. Do not move or knock the tiles randomly after the adjustment time expires.
-
Material Validity: The mixed mortar shall be used up within 2 hours. Discard the hardened and expired mortar and do not mix it with new mortar for secondary use, so as not to reduce bonding performance.
-
Curing Maintenance: After construction, protect the paved tiles from extrusion, vibration and water soaking within 24 hours. Conduct natural curing for more than 72 hours under normal temperature. Extend the curing time appropriately in low temperature and humid environments.
-
Storage Conditions: Store the product in a dry, ventilated and rainproof warehouse, keep away from moisture and high temperature. The shelf life is 12 months under sealed and dry storage conditions. Do not use caked and deteriorated products.
-
Safety Protection: Wear dust-proof masks and gloves during construction to avoid long-term contact with skin and inhalation of dry powder. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.
-
Indoor Decoration: Tile paving for residential living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, as well as indoor wall and floor paving of office buildings, shopping malls, hotels and other commercial buildings. Suitable for bonding ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, mosaic tiles and light stone materials.
-
Outdoor Engineering: Exterior wall tile paving, outdoor floor tile paving, corridor and terrace tile construction of residential buildings, villas and public buildings. Adaptable to outdoor open-air environments with strong weather resistance.
-
Special Space Scenarios: Wet areas such as swimming pools, public bathrooms and laundry rooms; high-humidity environments such as kitchen and toilet renovation projects, meeting the waterproof and anti-drop requirements of long-term humid spaces.
-
Renovation & Old Project Renovation: Tile overlaid paving on old ceramic tile surfaces, cement floors and wall surfaces, suitable for home decoration renovation and old building upgrading projects.
-
Medium & Small Stone Paving: Bonding and paving of small and medium-sized marble, granite, artificial stone and other decorative stone materials for interior and exterior walls and floors.

Q1: What is the difference between tile adhesive and traditional cement mortar? A1: Tile adhesive is a polymer-modified professional bonding mortar produced by standardized production lines. It has higher bonding strength, better anti-slip performance and flexibility, and is not easy to cause hollowing and cracking. Traditional cement mortar has single performance, poor flexibility and unstable bonding effect, and is prone to tile falling off and hollowing problems.
-
Q2: Can the product be used for outdoor wall tiling in winter? A2: It is not recommended for construction when the temperature is lower than 5℃ or the base layer is frozen. In low-temperature winter environments, construction can be carried out in a closed and warm construction environment, and the curing time needs to be appropriately prolonged to ensure the bonding strength.
-
Q3: Why do tiles hollow after paving? A3: The main reasons include uneven base layer treatment, residual dust and oil stains, incorrect powder-water mixing ratio, mortar expiration, failure to construct within the open time, and insufficient curing after construction. Standard construction operation can effectively avoid hollowing problems.
-
Q4: Can water be added again to the hardened mortar for reuse? A4: No. The polymer components and cement in the mortar have undergone hydration reaction after hardening. Secondary water mixing will completely lose bonding performance, resulting in tile hollowing and falling off, so expired mortar must be discarded.
-
Q5: How long can tiles be used normally after paving? A5: Under standard construction and normal curing conditions, the product has excellent aging resistance and weather resistance. The paved tiles can maintain stable bonding effect for more than 20 years without falling off or cracking.
-
Q6: Is the product environmentally friendly and suitable for home decoration? A6: Yes. This tile adhesive is made of environmentally friendly raw materials, with no formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful substances, low VOC emission, non-toxic and odorless after curing. It fully meets domestic and international environmental protection standards and is safe for family indoor decoration.
-
Q7: What base layers is the product suitable for? A7: It is suitable for solid cement mortar base, concrete base, brick wall base, and old tile surface base. It is not applicable for loose, powdery, oily and severely deformed base layers, which need to be repaired and leveled before construction.
