Automatic mortar mixer is the core mixing host designed for dry mortar production line. Equipped with PLC automatic batching, feeding and mixing control system, it can automatically weigh cement, sand, gypsum and various chemical additives according to preset formulas. Materials are fully homogenized inside the mixing chamber to produce stable dry mortar products. It can work independently or integrate with silos, screw conveyors, packing machines and palletizers to form a fully automatic dry mortar production system. Widely used for building mortar formula production, it reduces manual weighing error and ensures consistent product quality batch by batch.

Operation Notes
- Operators must receive professional training before operation. Do not reach into the mixing chamber during running.
- Check weighing sensors, sealing parts, reducer oil level and fasteners before starting each shift.
- Strictly prevent hard metal foreign objects from entering the mixing chamber to avoid damage to paddles.
- If abnormal vibration, noise or uneven mixing occurs, stop feeding and shut down immediately. Cut off power before inspection.
- Clean the mixing chamber regularly after production to prevent material caking and cross-contamination when changing formulas.
- Lubricate bearings and transmission parts periodically; replace worn spare parts on schedule.
- Do not modify saved formulas and PLC parameters without manufacturer authorization.
- Keep the dust collection system running normally to reduce workshop dust accumulation.
