This dry mortar packaging machine (Verpackungsmaschine für Trockenmörtel) is a dedicated quantitative valve-bag filling unit matched for dry mortar production lines. It adopts pneumatic / impeller feeding and high-precision load-cell weighing system to automatically complete bag clamping, filling, weighing and bag releasing. It can be seamlessly connected with mixing silos, conveyors and dust collectors in the dry mortar plant. It is designed for free-flowing powder and fine granular building materials, featuring stable weighing, low dust emission and easy operation, greatly reducing labor cost and supporting continuous industrial production.

- Only trained operators are allowed to run the machine; wear dust mask and protective gloves during operation.
- Check air pressure, power supply, sensors and emergency stop button before startup; never start the machine when foreign objects stay inside the feeding chamber.
- Keep raw materials dry; damp mortar powder will cause clogging and affect weighing accuracy.
- Do not knock or squeeze the valve bag manually during filling, which will lead to inaccurate weighing data.
- Shut down the feeding silo first, run the machine empty to clean residual powder before powering off for long-time stop.
- Regularly clean the feeding nozzle, weighing hopper and dust pipeline; lubricate moving parts following maintenance schedule.
- Cut off power and air supply completely before inspection, maintenance or troubleshooting; hang warning sign to avoid accidental startup.
- Do not modify the control program, sensor calibration and safety protection device without manufacturer’s authorization.

A1: It is suitable for free-flowing dry powder and fine granular materials such as dry mortar, tile adhesive, putty powder, gypsum powder, lime powder. It is NOT suitable for wet, sticky or large lump materials.
A2: Yes. You can set target weight, coarse / fine feeding parameters on the touch screen within the 10–50 kg range. Re-calibration is required after large weight adjustment.
A3: Common reasons include unstable air pressure, damp and caked raw material, dust accumulated on weighing sensor, sensor drift or loose bag clamping. Clean dust and re-calibrate the weighing system first.
A4: Recommended. Although the machine adopts enclosed filling, matching dust removal equipment will effectively reduce dust and extend service life of sensors and electric parts.
A5: We provide 12-month warranty for main body (excluding wearing parts). Spare parts such as nozzle seals, solenoid valves and sensors are available. Remote online guidance and field service can be arranged.
A6: Yes, automatic bag feeding mechanism can be selected as an upgrade to further save labor and raise packing efficiency.
