This cement bucket elevator is a dedicated vertical lifting equipment widely matched for dry mortar production lines. It adopts closed casing structure with buckets mounted on traction belt or chain. The buckets scoop materials at the bottom boot section, lift vertically and discharge materials at the head section. It continuously conveys cement, fly ash, dry mortar powder and other bulk materials from ground level to mixing silos, storage bins and packaging units. With small floor space, low spillage and stable feeding, it realizes automated material conveying for dry mix mortar plants and ensures stable continuous operation of the whole production line.
- Fully Enclosed Structure, Low Dust: Tight sealed housing effectively reduces powder leakage and dust emission, meeting environmental protection requirements for powder workshops.
- Stable Conveying & Less Material Segregation: Optimized bucket design for smooth loading and discharging, reducing material scattering and grading separation.
- Compact Footprint: Vertical layout occupies little workshop area, easy to arrange inside dry mortar production lines.
- Reliable Safety Protection: Equipped with anti-backstop device, speed monitoring, overload protection and emergency stop function to prevent reverse running and blockage damage.
- Low Maintenance & Long Service Life: Wear-resistant buckets and traction parts; inspection doors reserved for convenient internal checking and cleaning.
- High Customization: Lifting height, capacity, belt/chain type, discharge direction can be customized according to customer layout and output demand.

- Operators must receive professional training before operation; do not reach into the casing during running.
- Check tension of belt/chain, bucket fastening condition, anti-backstop device and emergency stop before startup.
- Hard lumps, iron sundries and large impurities are forbidden to enter the elevator, which will cause bucket damage or jamming.
- Do not overload feeding; stable and uniform feeding is required to avoid blockage at the discharge outlet.
- If blockage occurs, stop feeding first and cut off power before cleaning; never clean while the machine is running.
- Regularly check belt/chain tension, fasteners and wear condition of buckets; lubricate transmission parts as per maintenance schedule.
- Keep the material dry; wet and caked powder will stick to buckets, reduce conveying efficiency and cause accumulation inside the housing.
- All maintenance and inspection work must be carried out after power cut and lockout-tagout.
- Dry mix mortar production lines: conveying cement, fly ash, limestone powder to mixing silos
- Building material powder plants: putty powder, gypsum powder, tile adhesive raw material lifting
- Cement, mineral powder and fine powder vertical conveying workshops
- Medium and small bulk powder processing lines requiring enclosed vertical transportation
A1: It is suitable for dry, free-flowing powder and fine granular materials such as cement, fly ash, dry mortar, putty powder, gypsum powder and lime powder. It is not suitable for wet, sticky, high-temperature and large lump materials.
A2: Belt type runs quieter, lower cost and suits fine dry powder like dry mortar. Chain type has higher abrasion resistance and is used for heavy, sharp and high-abrasion materials.
A3: Common causes: overfeeding, damp caked material, foreign objects inside, too low bucket speed, blocked discharge chute. Stop feeding, clean the blockage and adjust feeding rate.
A4: The height is customized during manufacturing. If your workshop layout changes, we can redesign the whole machine; height cannot be adjusted freely on site.
A5: It is sealed design, but we still recommend connecting dust extraction ports to central dust removal system for better dust control.
A6: 12-month warranty for main frame (excluding wearing parts such as buckets, belt/chain). We supply spare parts and remote technical support.
