This cement bag filling machine is a dedicated valve-bag quantitative filling unit matched for dry mix mortar and cement production lines. Adopting impeller or auger feeding and high-precision load-cell weighing system, it automatically finishes bag clamping, feeding, weighing and bag releasing. It can be directly connected to cement silos, screw conveyors and dry mortar mixing systems. Designed for free-flowing powder materials, it features stable weighing, low dust emission and simple operation, greatly cutting labor cost and supporting continuous packaging for cement and dry mortar production.

1. Only trained operators are allowed to operate the machine; wear dust masks and protective gloves during operation.
2. Check air pressure, power supply, sensors, clamping mechanism and emergency stop button before startup. Do not start the machine if foreign objects are inside the feeding chamber.
3. Keep raw materials dry; damp and caked cement or mortar powder will cause blockage and affect weighing accuracy.
4. Do not knock or squeeze the valve bag manually during filling, which will lead to unstable weighing data.
5. Stop feeding first, run empty to clear residual powder before long-time shutdown, then cut off power and air supply.
6. Regularly clean the filling nozzle, weighing area and dust pipeline; lubricate moving components according to maintenance schedule.
7. Cut off power and air supply completely and hang warning signs before maintenance, inspection or troubleshooting to prevent accidental startup.
8. It is forbidden to modify the control program, sensor calibration parameters and safety protection devices without manufacturer’s approval.

A1: It is suitable for free-flowing dry powder such as cement, dry mortar, lime powder, fly ash, putty powder and gypsum powder. It cannot pack wet, sticky or large lump materials.

A2: Yes. You can set target weight, coarse and fine feeding parameters on the touch screen within the 10–50 kg range. Re-calibration is required after large-range weight adjustment.

A3: Common causes: unstable air pressure, damp caked material, dust accumulated on load cells, sensor drift or loose bag clamping. Clean dust and re-calibrate the weighing system first.

A4: Not mandatory but strongly recommended. Even with enclosed filling, a dust collector can reduce dust pollution and protect sensors and electrical parts.

A5: 12-month warranty for the main body (excluding wearing parts such as seals, nozzles and solenoid valves). Spare parts supply and remote technical guidance are available.

A6: Yes. Automatic bag placer is an optional upgrade to reduce manual work and raise packing efficiency.
