Conventional aggregate screens are core grading equipment widely used in sand aggregate crushing systems and dry mix mortar production lines. Common types include circular vibrating screens, linear vibrating screens, grizzly bar screens and trommel screens. By vibration or rotary motion, they separate sand and stone aggregates into different particle sizes, remove oversize impurities and control the fineness of manufactured sand. The qualified graded aggregates are then delivered to batching and mixing systems for dry mortar, plastering mortar and masonry mortar production. With reliable structure and flexible configuration, they guarantee stable aggregate quality and consistent finished mortar formula.
- Multiple Types for Selection: Circular vibrating screen, linear vibrating screen, grizzly screen and trommel screen are optional to match different raw materials and grading requirements.
- High Screening Accuracy & Large Capacity: Multi-deck design realizes multi-grade classification at one time; adjustable amplitude and vibration frequency for stable grading effect.
- Wear‑Resistant Screen Surface: Screen mesh can be steel woven mesh, punched plate or rubber screen panel, long service life and easy replacement.
- Stable Running & Low Noise: Optimized vibration damping structure reduces vibration transfer to the foundation; reliable vibrator drive with overload protection.
- Modular & Easy Maintenance: Quick-opening inspection covers, easy access to clean screen decks and replace wearing parts; compatible with belt conveyors and hoppers.
- Customizable Configuration: Number of decks, mesh size, inclination angle and discharge direction can be customized according to dry mortar aggregate requirements.

- Only trained operators are allowed to operate; keep away from the vibrating body during running.
- Check fasteners, springs, vibration motors, screen mesh tension and emergency stop before startup.
- Remove iron blocks and large foreign matters from feeding materials to prevent screen mesh tearing or machine jamming.
- Avoid uneven overfeeding; keep uniform feeding to maintain good screening efficiency.
- If blockage occurs, stop feeding first and cut off power before cleaning; do not clean while the machine is running.
- Regularly check screen panel wear, spring fatigue and bolt looseness; replace damaged screen in time.
- For wet and sticky sand, reduce feeding volume properly to prevent mesh blinding.
- Cut off the main power and hang warning signs before maintenance, welding or screen replacement.
- Sand aggregate production lines supporting dry mix mortar plants
- Quarry and crushing stations for stone grading and manufactured sand screening
- Dry mortar raw material pretreatment: sand classification, impurity removal
- Concrete batching plants, road and bridge aggregate processing
- Construction waste recycling and bulk mineral material grading
A1: Circular vibrating screen: widely used for medium and coarse aggregate grading, stable performance. Linear vibrating screen: good for fine sand and dry powder screening. Grizzly screen: mainly for pre-screening and removing big lump impurities. Trommel screen: suitable for sticky and wet materials with low blockage risk.
A2: Yes. The screen mesh is replaceable. You can choose different apertures to get graded sand that meets dry mortar formula requirements.
A3: Main reasons: too wet and sticky raw materials, overfeeding, too small aperture or damaged screen surface. Reduce feed rate, clean the mesh regularly or select a larger aperture.
A4: Yes. The frame is treated with anti-rust paint. For long-term outdoor use, we recommend adding rain cover and protective cover for vibration motors.
A5: 12-month warranty for main frame and vibration motor (excluding wearing parts such as screen mesh, springs and fasteners). Spare parts and remote technical support are available.
A6: Yes. It can be matched with hoppers, belt conveyors and bucket elevators to form an automatic aggregate feeding and grading system for dry mortar lines.
