Our bucket elevator is a vertical continuous lifting conveyor specially designed for dry mortar production lines. It consists of hoppers, traction belt / chain, drive unit, tensioning device, sealed casing, feeding and discharging ports and safety protection components. It vertically conveys powdery, granular and small bulk materials such as quartz sand, cement, fly ash and mineral powder from the ground to storage silos, weighing hoppers and mixers. Fully sealed structure effectively controls dust spillage. It can run continuously and stably, match perfectly with batching, mixing and drying equipment, and realize automatic material feeding for the whole mortar production line.
- Fully sealed dust-proof structure: Enclosed housing greatly reduces flying dust during material lifting, meets environmental protection requirements and improves workshop working conditions.
- Stable vertical conveying with small footprint: Realize high-rise vertical feeding; occupy little floor space, ideal for compact layout of mortar workshops.
- Two traction options: belt type / chain type: Belt model suits fine powder and low-abrasion materials; chain model adapts to high-abrasion, coarse sand and heavy granular materials.
- Wear-resistant hopper design: Hoppers are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel; optimized digging and discharging curve reduces material residual and hopper abrasion.
- Complete safety protection: Equipped with anti-backward device, speed monitoring, slip alarm and overload protection to prevent material backflow and equipment stalling.
- Easy installation and maintenance: Modular casing sections; access doors reserved for inspection and replacement of hoppers, belts and chains.

- Operators must receive professional training before operation and strictly follow the operation manual.
- Before startup, check hoppers, fasteners, traction belt or chain, tensioning system and safety sensors; remove foreign objects inside the casing.
- Feed materials evenly; severe overload or sudden feeding surge is forbidden to avoid blockage, belt slipping or chain breaking.
- Do not feed oversized lumps, metal scraps and hard impurities, which may damage hoppers and block the discharge outlet.
- Regularly inspect the sealing parts, tension degree and wear condition of hoppers, belts and chains; replace worn parts timely.
- If blockage, abnormal noise, slipping or material backflow occurs, stop feeding first and cut off power before troubleshooting. Never run the machine with faults.
- Keep the drive motor and electric control box dry; check speed switch and anti-reverse device periodically.
- Cut off the main power supply and hang warning signs before internal maintenance.
- Dry mortar production lines: Elevate sand, cement, mineral powder and additives to silos and batching systems.
- Sand drying plants: Lift dried sand from dryer to finished sand bins.
- Building material batching workshops: Convey all kinds of powder and granular raw materials.
- Mineral and filler processing factories: Vertical transportation of mineral powder, limestone powder and granular fillers.
- Cement and premixed powder plants: Feeding for automatic batching systems.
Q1: Which type should I choose, belt bucket elevator or chain bucket elevator?
A: Belt type is recommended for fine powder, low abrasion materials such as cement and fly ash. Chain type is more suitable for coarse sand, high-abrasion aggregates and heavy materials. We will select the proper model according to your raw materials.
Q2: Can you customize the lifting height and conveying capacity?
A: Yes. We customize height, flow rate, inlet and outlet direction according to your silo height and production line layout.
Q3: Is this bucket elevator compatible with my existing mortar line?
A: Absolutely. We can adjust feeding height, discharge position and flange size to match your silos, screw conveyors and weighing systems.
Q4: What is the warranty period?
A: 12-month warranty for the main frame, excluding wearing parts like hoppers, chains and belts. We provide long-term spare parts supply and remote technical support.
Q5: What if material blockage happens during operation?
A: Stop feeding and shut down the machine immediately. Clean blocked materials after power cut. Do not clear blockage while the equipment is running.
