Qingdao Qingchi successfully completed the container loading of a customized full-automatic gypsum mortar production line, officially setting sail for the Middle East market. This customized equipment is specially upgraded for gypsum-based mortar production, solving the pain points of easy corrosion, uneven stirring and low output of ordinary equipment in gypsum material processing.
Different from conventional dry mortar lines, this production line is equipped with anti-corrosion stirring system, precise automatic batching device, special gypsum feeding system, efficient dust recovery equipment and intelligent PLC centralized control cabinet. It can efficiently produce gypsum plaster mortar, floor self-leveling mortar, anti-crack gypsum mortar and other high-end building materials, with high production accuracy and low material waste rate.
