Recently, Qingdao Qingchi completed container loading and delivery of a semi-automatic dry mortar production line, which will be shipped to our long-term cooperative client in Africa. This set of equipment is tailored for local small and medium-sized building materials enterprises, widely applicable to the production of putty powder, tile adhesive, ordinary masonry mortar and plastering mortar.
The production line is composed of core equipment including horizontal mixer, screw conveyor, finished product silo, semi-automatic valve pocket packaging machine and pulse dust removal system. All equipment has passed strict factory debugging and full-performance testing before delivery to ensure stable operation, uniform mixing and low energy consumption on site.
In view of the long-distance sea transportation and complex overseas transportation conditions, our team adopted standardized export packaging: key components are coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped with multi-layer waterproof and shock-proof films, and fixed firmly with wooden brackets and steel belts inside the container to prevent equipment displacement and collision damage during transportation.
