Single-shaft High-efficiency Dry Powder Mixer is horizontal batch mixing equipment specially developed for small and medium dry mortar production lines. It perfectly supports matching use with NE15 bucket elevator, feeding screw conveyor and automatic packing machine to form a complete compact dry mortar production system. Adopting single main shaft + layered paddle mixing structure, the machine creates circulating fluid mixing effect inside the cylinder, realizes rapid homogeneous mixing of powder, granular materials and tiny additives. With reasonable cylinder structure, no mixing dead angle, short mixing cycle and low failure rate, it is mainly applied to mix putty powder, wall plaster, tile adhesive, cement mortar, mineral powder and building materials additives. This mixer features simple structure, easy operation, low power consumption and strong cost performance, which is the preferred mixing host for small dry mortar factories.
