- Raw materials must meet the standard requirements: the dry-based calcium sulfate dihydrate content ≥90%, raw material moisture ≤15%, and impurity content shall not exceed the standard to avoid affecting finished product quality and equipment operation.
- Before starting the equipment, check all parts such as crushing, grinding, calcination and dust removal systems to ensure no abnormal noise, blockage or loose parts, and confirm the normal operation of the electrical control system.
- Strictly control the calcination temperature and feeding speed according to production requirements. Excessively high or low temperature will cause unqualified gypsum powder activity and fineness.
