The continuous bucket elevator is a specially optimized vertical continuous conveying device designed for large-scale, high-efficiency dry mortar production lines. Different from conventional centrifugal bucket elevators that work intermittently, this continuous-type model adopts a continuous material feeding and discharging structure, enabling steady, non-stop vertical lifting of powdery and granular building materials such as cement, quartz sand, gypsum powder, fly ash and functional additives.
With compact bucket arrangement and continuous material flow design, the equipment eliminates material falling back, intermittent pause and conveying fluctuations. It provides stable, uniform and low-loss material supply for mortar batching systems and dual-shaft mixers. Featuring fully enclosed dust-free operation, high continuous stability and low material damage rate, it has become the preferred vertical conveying equipment for modern high-output automatic dry mortar factories.
Different from traditional batch-type elevators, the continuous bucket elevator realizes uninterrupted material pickup, lifting and discharging. It completely avoids periodic feeding fluctuations, ensures consistent material supply volume per second, and stabilizes the mixing uniformity of the downstream mortar mixer. It perfectly matches high-speed automated production lines and greatly improves overall line throughput.
The continuous material entry and gentle bucket holding design prevent material squeezing, crushing and friction damage during lifting. Fine powder, lightweight additives and graded sand materials will not produce floating powder segregation or particle breakage. It fully retains the original particle gradation of mortar raw materials, effectively guaranteeing stable mortar strength, water retention and construction performance.
The whole machine adopts fully welded closed casing with zero gap design. All powder materials are conveyed inside the sealed cavity without flying dust or leakage. It effectively reduces workshop dust concentration, reduces material loss, and meets strict environmental protection and safety standards for modern mortar production workshops.
Optimized continuous bucket layout and linear discharging structure greatly improve effective conveying volume. The equipment runs stably at a constant speed without idle running or repeated start-stop loss. It supports 24-hour continuous industrial operation, providing stable and sufficient material supply for large-tonnage dry mortar production lines and significantly improving factory output.
Equipped with high-strength anti-wear buckets, reinforced tension-resistant belts and heavy-duty drive system, the elevator resists long-term material impact and abrasion. The overall vibration is small, operation noise is low, and vulnerable parts have long service life. The simple and reasonable structural design makes daily cleaning and maintenance extremely convenient, reducing long-term operating costs.
The continuous bucket elevator supports synchronous linkage with automatic batching systems, silo feeding systems, dual-shaft mixers and packing machines. It realizes fully automated unmanned material lifting and feeding, which is suitable for new intelligent production line construction and old production line efficiency upgrading.

Before starting the equipment, check the tightness of all buckets, the tension of the belt, and the sealing condition of the machine shell. Confirm that there is no foreign matter or accumulated caking materials inside the elevator. Check the normal operation of the motor, tensioning device and electrical control system. Prohibit overload startup and static heavy-load operation.
Start the elevator first, then feed materials evenly after stable operation. Continuous and uniform feeding is required to avoid instantaneous overfeeding and blockage. Do not open the maintenance door or touch running components during operation. Stop feeding first before shutdown, and shut down the machine after all internal materials are completely discharged to prevent residual blockage.
Clean residual powder and settled dust inside the equipment daily to prevent material hardening and affecting conveying stability. Regularly check belt tension, bucket wear and fastening status. Lubricate the driving bearing and tensioning device periodically to ensure smooth operation. Replace aging and severely worn parts in time.
The equipment must be reliably grounded during operation. All maintenance and troubleshooting must be carried out after complete power cut-off. Keep the dust removal system normally open during production. For long-term shutdown, thoroughly clean internal materials and keep the equipment dry and ventilated to prevent rust and material deterioration.
The continuous bucket elevator is widely used in high-standard and high-output automatic dry mortar production industries, suitable for continuous conveying of various powder and granular materials:
- Commercial Dry Mortar Production: Continuous feeding for plastering mortar, masonry mortar, waterproof mortar, thermal insulation mortar and anti-crack mortar
- Special Mortar Manufacturing: Stable lifting for tile adhesive, self-leveling mortar, interface agent, putty powder and decorative color mortar
- Building Material Powder Industry: Conveying of cement, quartz sand, gypsum powder, mineral powder and fly ash
- Large-Scale Automated Lines: Suitable for continuous and uninterrupted production requirements of large mortar factories and intelligent building material production bases
Ordinary elevators adopt intermittent centrifugal discharging, which causes feeding fluctuation, material backflow and powder segregation. The continuous bucket elevator realizes fully continuous material picking, lifting and discharging with stable flow rate, zero material backflow and extremely low powder damage. It is more suitable for high-standard, high-uniformity and large-output dry mortar continuous production.
It is mainly caused by unstable belt speed, loose and deformed buckets, or residual hardened materials inside the machine. Uniform feeding, regular cleaning and inspection of wearing parts can effectively ensure consistent particle state and stable conveying quality.
Yes. The continuous bucket elevator is designed for industrial continuous operation. With stable transmission structure and low-loss conveying principle, it can support long-term non-stop operation, fully matching large-scale mortar factory batch production.
No. The fully sealed integrated shell structure isolates internal powder from external air. Continuous stable material flow will not produce turbulent dust, making the dust control effect far better than traditional intermittent elevators.
Yes. We support full customization of lifting height, conveying volume, bucket type and structural configuration according to customer workshop layout and production output requirements, adapting to different scales of mortar production lines.
Clean residual materials every day; check belt tension and bucket condition weekly; lubricate transmission parts regularly; replace worn accessories quarterly. Simple daily maintenance ensures long-term stable and high-efficiency operation of the equipment.
