• Strictly operate in accordance with the rated parameters, and overload palletizing and over-speed operation are prohibited. It is forbidden to stack non-compliant overweight, damp and deformed mortar bags to avoid pallet collapse and equipment failure.
• In case of equipment jamming, abnormal noise, stacking deviation and other faults during operation, press the emergency stop button immediately, cut off the power supply completely, and carry out troubleshooting after the equipment stops running stably.
• Regularly lubricate transmission parts such as bearings and gears, regularly check and replace worn grippers, buffer parts and other vulnerable parts to ensure stable stacking accuracy and equipment operation.
• It is forbidden to disassemble electrical components and modify PLC program parameters without professional authorization, so as to avoid program confusion and abnormal equipment operation.
• Check the pallet supply quality regularly to ensure that the pallets are flat, firm and free of damage, preventing unstable stacking caused by unqualified pallets.
• Cut off the total power supply after daily work, clean the equipment thoroughly, and do a good job of dust-proof and moisture-proof protection of electrical control components.
