Product Introduction
Palletizer (German: Palettiermaschine) is the automatic end-of-line stacking equipment matched for dry mortar production line. It connects after the automatic packing machine and conveyor system. Bagged dry mortar products such as tile adhesive, wall putty and self-leveling mortar are transported to the palletizing station, then the machine automatically arranges, grabs and stacks bags on pallets according to preset stacking patterns. It realizes continuous automatic stacking, replaces heavy manual bag handling, reduces labor cost and labor injury risk. It can work together with packaging machine, strapping machine and stretch wrapping machine to form a fully automatic packaging & palletizing system for dry mortar plant.

Operation Notes
- Operators must receive professional training before operation; do not reach into the working area during automatic running.
- Check air pressure, fasteners, gripper and safety protection devices before startup every day.
- Keep the bags flat and stable on the conveyor; deformed, overfilled or damaged bags are not allowed to enter palletizing station.
- Stop the machine immediately when abnormal noise, vibration or stacking disorder appears, cut off power before inspection.
- Clean dust and mortar powder on the gripper, sensor and conveyor regularly to avoid sensor misjudgment.
- Lubricate transmission parts and bearings on schedule; replace worn sealing parts and wearing parts timely.
- Do not modify the internal program and stacking parameters without professional authorization.
- Keep the ground of working area clean and dry to prevent pallet slipping.
