This fully automatic packaging machine is specially developed for dry mortar production lines. It realizes automatic bag feeding, clamping, quantitative weighing, filling, bag releasing and conveying for valve bags. Matching with dry mortar mixing system, belt conveyor and palletizing machine, it forms a continuous automatic packaging production line. It is widely used for tile adhesive, wall putty, plastering mortar, masonry mortar, self-leveling mortar, gypsum powder and other powdery building materials. Operation Notes
- Only trained operators can operate the equipment. Do not put hands into the clamping mechanism and filling nozzle during automatic running.
- The compressed air source must be equipped with oil-water separator and filter; dirty air will damage pneumatic valves and cylinders.
- Clean weighing sensor, nozzle, bag clamp and dust suction pipeline before each shift; accumulated mortar powder will cause weighing drift and bag jamming.
- It is forbidden to modify weighing parameters, feeding curve and PLC program without authorization. Parameter adjustment shall be completed by professional technicians.
- Check emergency stop, bag detection sensor and dust removal system before startup. Stop immediately once abnormal alarm occurs.
- Regularly check loose bolts, wear of impeller/screw, sealing ring aging; cut off power and air supply before all maintenance.
- If bag breakage and mortar spillage happen, stop the machine immediately, clean spilled powder completely, and check whether the sensor is covered with dust before restarting.
- Keep the material supply stable; avoid empty feeding or large material block entering the cavity to prevent jamming and equipment damage.

Q3: How to solve dust pollution during filling?
