4. Notes on Use
  • Inspect all connecting parts, sealing condition, dust removal system, circuit and oil circuit before startup. Clean internal sundries strictly and prohibit long-time no-load high-speed operation.
  • Feed raw materials strictly according to production formulas. Hard metal objects and large impurities are forbidden to enter the mixing chamber to avoid equipment damage.
  • Do not open the cover or touch rotating components during operation. Parameter modification is prohibited during running status. Stop the machine immediately for inspection in case of abnormal noise, jamming or material leakage.
  • Clean the mixing cavity and mixing components thoroughly before formula replacement to prevent cross-contamination between batches. Clean residual materials and dust after daily production.
  • Place the equipment on flat, dry and ventilated hardened ground with reliable grounding protection. Enable explosion-proof mode when producing flammable materials.
  • Operators must receive professional training and be familiar with operation procedures and emergency handling. Unauthorized operation and arbitrary equipment modification are forbidden.
