The dry mortar mixer machine is the core host equipment of the complete dry mortar production line, specially developed for uniform mixing of dry powder and granular building materials. Adopting advanced twin-shaft weightless mixing principle, the machine forms three-dimensional convection, shearing and fluidized mixing inside the mixing tank, realizing rapid and homogeneous blending of sand, cement, fly ash, rubber powder, fiber additives and other raw materials. Different from traditional single-shaft mixers, it eliminates mixing dead zones, avoids material segregation, agglomeration and fiber winding, and ensures consistent mixing quality of each batch of mortar. Equipped with fully sealed structure, intelligent PLC control and wear-resistant internal components, this industrial-grade mixer supports long-term continuous cyclic production. It is widely matched with automatic batching systems, silos and packaging equipment to form a complete dry mortar production process, serving as the key core equipment for standardized production of various building mortars and powder materials.
- Superior Uniform Mixing Performance Adopts twin-shaft counter-rotating weightless mixing technology with interlaced multi-group paddles. It achieves full-range dead-zone-free three-dimensional mixing, with mixing uniformity CV ≤ 3%. Micro additives and fiber materials can be evenly dispersed in a short time, completely solving material stratification and uneven mixing problems.
- High Efficiency & Energy Saving Optimized paddle angle and fluid dynamic structure reduce running resistance and mixing cycle. A single batch can be completed within 30–60 seconds, greatly improving production efficiency while lowering unit power consumption, suitable for 24-hour continuous industrial production.
- Strong Material Compatibility The machine is adaptable to various types of dry mortar and building powder materials, including ordinary masonry and plastering mortar, various functional mortars, fiber-modified mortars and fine powder building materials. It stably handles materials with different fineness, fluidity and fiber content.
- Fully Sealed & Eco-friendly Structure Integrally sealed tank body and multi-layer shaft sealing structure effectively prevent powder leakage. Reserved dust removal interface can be connected with pulse dust collector to realize low-dust and clean production, meeting environmental protection emission standards of modern mortar factories.
- Wear-resistant & Durable Industrial Design The mixing paddles, lining plates and other vulnerable parts are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy materials. The thickened carbon steel main frame ensures stable operation under long-term heavy load, with low failure rate and long service life.
- Intelligent Operation & Low Maintenance Equipped with multilingual touch screen PLC control system, supporting formula storage, one-key start-stop and automatic fault alarm. The quick-opening inspection door and detachable paddle design facilitate daily residual material cleaning and vulnerable parts replacement, reducing long-term operation and maintenance costs.

- Complete comprehensive pre-start inspection before production. Check the fastening condition of mixing paddles, connecting bolts and transmission parts, verify reducer oil level and shaft sealing performance, and clean all foreign hard impurities inside the mixing tank. It is forbidden to start the machine with load or overload.
- Strictly follow the preset production formula and feeding sequence for batching and feeding. Hard impurities such as metal blocks and large stones are prohibited from entering the mixing cavity to avoid damage to paddles and lining plates. Fiber materials and micro additives shall be added in batches evenly to prevent agglomeration.
- Prohibit opening the inspection door or touching rotating components during equipment operation. Immediately stop feeding and shut down the machine for inspection once abnormal noise, severe vibration, powder leakage or equipment overheating occurs. Troubleshooting must be carried out after cutting off the total power supply.
- Thoroughly clean residual mortar and condensed caking materials inside the tank after each working shift to prevent material moisture absorption and solidification, which may affect mixing uniformity and product quality of the next batch.
- Carry out regular standardized maintenance. Periodically replace reducer lubricating oil, check the wear degree of paddles and lining plates, fasten loose bolts, and replace aging sealing parts and vulnerable accessories in a timely manner.
- Keep the electrical control cabinet dry and dust-proof with reliable grounding protection. Non-professional personnel are prohibited from disassembling electrical and transmission components without permission. Cut off all power supplies during equipment maintenance and overhaul.
- Ensure the supporting dust removal system operates normally during production to maintain a clean workshop environment and avoid dust pollution caused by feeding and discharging.
- Complete Dry Mortar Production Line Matching As the core mixing host of semi-automatic and full-automatic dry mortar production lines, supporting automatic batching, storage and packaging processes to realize integrated mortar production.
- Ordinary Construction Mortar Production Suitable for mass production of masonry mortar, plastering mortar, bonding mortar and finishing mortar used in civil construction, municipal engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Functional Special Mortar Production Widely used for mixing waterproof mortar, thermal insulation mortar, anti-crack mortar, self-leveling mortar, repair mortar and fireproof special mortar.
- Fiber-modified Mortar Processing Specially adapted for mixing fiber-reinforced mortar such as polypropylene fiber and glass fiber mortar, effectively solving fiber winding and uneven dispersion problems.
- Building Powder Material Production Ideal for mixing tile adhesive, wall putty powder, joint grout, gypsum powder, dry powder coating and other inorganic building powder materials.
- Industrial Batch Production Applicable for long-term continuous standardized production in professional dry mortar factories, building material industrial parks and powder processing enterprises.
A: Different from traditional single-shaft mixers with dead mixing zones, this twin-shaft weightless mixer realizes full three-dimensional dead-zone-free mixing. It features faster mixing speed, higher uniformity and no material segregation. It can evenly disperse trace additives and fibers that ordinary mixers cannot handle, fully meeting industrial high-standard mortar production requirements.
A: The main reasons include insufficient mixing time, unreasonable feeding sequence, severely worn mixing paddles, residual caking materials in the tank and concentrated feeding of fiber additives. The solutions are to adjust mixing parameters, standardize feeding operation, clean the equipment thoroughly and replace worn vulnerable parts regularly.
A: Powder leakage mainly occurs at the shaft seal and inspection door gaps caused by aging and damaged sealing accessories. Users need to regularly check and replace sealing strips and shaft seal components, and ensure all access doors are tightly closed during operation.
