It integrates raw material storage, automatic weighing and batching, quantitative conveying, high-efficiency mixing, finished material storage and automatic packaging into one integrated production process.
Using sand, cement, fly ash, mineral powder and various functional additives as raw materials, the production line can continuously and stably produce all kinds of dry mixed mortars, including masonry mortar, plastering mortar, tile adhesive, wall putty, self-leveling mortar, waterproof mortar and thermal insulation mortar. Compared with traditional on-site manual mixing, this production line features stable formula ratio, uniform mixing quality, high automation and low dust pollution. Equipped with high-precision weighing sensors and intelligent PLC batching system, the equipment realizes separate metering of aggregates, powder materials and trace additives. Check the power supply, air pressure circuit, transmission parts and fastening components before starting the machine. Ensure there is no foreign matter or material blockage in the silo, conveyor and mixer. Regularly calibrate the weighing system to ensure batching accuracy. Confirm that all safety protection devices and emergency stop buttons are in normal working condition.
Feed materials strictly in accordance with the preset formula and feeding sequence. It is forbidden to add iron blocks, sundries and large hard materials into the equipment to avoid mechanical damage. Overload feeding is prohibited. Do not modify system parameters and production formulas without authorization during operation.
Keep real-time observation of equipment operation status during production. In case of abnormal noise, vibration, material leakage or inaccurate weighing, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. Keep the dust removal pipeline unobstructed. It is strictly prohibited to touch operating equipment or extend hands into the mixing chamber during operation.
After daily shutdown, thoroughly clean residual materials in the mixer, conveyor and packaging equipment to prevent material caking and blockage. Regularly lubricate bearings, gears and transmission parts. Check the wear of mixing blades and sealing accessories, and replace vulnerable parts in a timely manner. Clean the dust collector filter bags regularly to ensure stable dust removal effect.
Operators must receive professional training before taking post and wear corresponding labor protection equipment. Keep the electrical cabinet dry and ventilated to avoid electric leakage and short circuit. Cut off the power supply and air source completely during equipment maintenance.
