4. Operation Precautions
  • Inspect the transmission belt/chain, buckets, fasteners and sealing shell before daily startup to ensure no looseness, wear, deformation or material blockage, and check the normal operation of the tensioning device.
  • Start the equipment in no-load state first, and feed materials only after stable operation. It is strictly prohibited to start with load to avoid motor overload and equipment jamming failure.
  • Control the uniform feeding speed and feeding volume to prevent excessive feeding from causing material accumulation, bucket overflow and blockage of the conveying channel.
  • Prohibit hard foreign matters such as iron blocks and stones from mixing into materials to prevent bucket damage, transmission failure and equipment jamming during lifting operation.
  • Regularly clean the residual materials and dust inside the equipment shell, especially the discharging port and circulating buckets, to avoid long-term material accumulation affecting conveying efficiency and causing mildew or agglomeration.

  • Cut off the total power supply completely during equipment maintenance, debugging and cleaning. It is forbidden to open the sealing cover and touch operating parts during equipment operation.
