• Check the power supply, air pipeline and all fasteners before startup. Ensure no pipeline leakage and loose parts. Never start the machine with faults to avoid equipment damage and safety risks.
• Operators must receive professional training and strictly follow operating procedures. It is forbidden to put hands or foreign objects into the filling nozzle during machine operation.
• Keep feeding materials uniform and stable. Strictly prevent large impurities, iron blocks and foreign matters from entering the machine to avoid jamming of impeller and metering components.
• Calibrate the weighing system regularly every week. Re-calibration is required after sensor replacement, long-time continuous operation or equipment moving to ensure packing accuracy.
• Clean residual powder on the machine surface and internal parts daily to prevent material caking and dust accumulation from affecting normal operation and service life.
• Cut off all power and air sources completely before equipment maintenance, cleaning and inspection, and hang warning signs to prevent accidental startup.
• Keep the workshop well ventilated and equipped with matched dust removal equipment to reduce dust concentration and meet environmental protection standards.
• Do not disassemble or modify the machine structure and electrical components without manufacturer’s authorization, otherwise the warranty will be invalid.
• Stop the machine immediately in case of abnormal noise, material blockage and weight deviation, and resume operation only after troubleshooting.
