This palletizing machinery is dedicated end-of-line stacking equipment designed for dry mortar production lines. It automatically receives bagged mortar delivered by belt conveyor, arranges bags according to preset stacking patterns, and stacks them neatly on standard pallets. Once connected with packaging machines and conveying systems, the whole process runs continuously and automatically, replacing heavy manual stacking work in the mortar workshop.
The machine is widely used for tile adhesive, wall putty, plastering mortar, masonry mortar, self-leveling compound and other bagged dry-mixed mortar products. It significantly improves the automation level of the mortar workshop, reduces labor intensity, and lowers the risk of bag collapse, bag breakage and material waste during storage and outbound logistics.
- Seamless line integration — Designed specifically for dry mortar production lines; compatible with valve bag packaging machines, belt conveyors and automatic pallet feeding systems, realizing continuous unmanned operation from bagging to palletizing.
- Dust-proof and heavy-duty structure — Adopts sealed electrical cabinet and dust-resistant components (IP54 protection), specially adapted to the dusty working environment of mortar workshops, ensuring stable long-time continuous operation.
- Flexible stacking configuration — Multiple stacking patterns can be stored and switched via the touch screen; adjustable for different bag weights, pallet sizes and stacking layers; anti-slip interlaced stacking effectively prevents pallet collapse during transport.
- Anti-tear bag gripper — Custom gripper for PP woven bags, kraft paper valve bags and paper-plastic composite bags; stable clamping without scratching, puncturing or breaking mortar bags.
- Intelligent safety control — Equipped with emergency stop buttons, safety light curtains, fault self-diagnosis and audible/visual alarm functions; the HMI displays real-time running status and fault prompts for easy operation and maintenance.
- Significant labor saving — Supports 24-hour continuous operation, reduces high-intensity manual handling work, lowers occupational injury risk, and shortens return on investment.

- Only trained and authorized operators are allowed to operate the machine; do not reach into the moving range of the gripper and robot arm during automatic running.
- Keep the workshop air source stable and clean; install an air filter to avoid oil and water entering the pneumatic components.
- Clean photoelectric sensors, gripper and conveyor surface dust every shift, as mortar dust may cause sensor misjudgment and clamping failure.
- Check emergency stop buttons and safety light curtains before startup; stop operation immediately if any safety protection fails.
- Do not modify the preset palletizing program and electrical parameters without authorization; parameter changes must be completed by qualified technical personnel.
- Regularly lubricate transmission parts and check loose bolts and wiring; shut down and cut off the power during all maintenance work.
- Avoid placing sundries on the conveying channel and pallet station to prevent jamming and mechanical impact.
- Stop the machine in time if bag breakage and mortar leakage occur; clean spilled mortar before restarting.
- Dry-mixed mortar production plants — tile adhesive, wall putty, self-leveling mortar, plastering mortar, masonry mortar production lines.
- Building material powder packaging workshops — bagged gypsum powder, cement powder, lime powder stacking and palletizing lines.
- Medium and large automated mortar factories — pursuing full-line unmanned packaging and palletizing.
- Warehousing and logistics ends of building material factories — finished bagged mortar outbound preparation and container loading assistance.
A1: Yes. Standard interfaces are reserved for matching most common valve bag packaging machines and belt conveyors. We can adjust the conveyor height and speed according to your existing equipment layout and workshop floor plan.
A2: Yes. It supports a bag weight range of 20–50 kg. You can save separate stacking recipes on the touch screen and switch quickly when changing product specifications.
A3: The control cabinet adopts an IP54 dust-proof design with fully sealed wiring. Daily regular cleaning of sensors and the gripper can guarantee stable operation. We also provide an optional dust cover upgrade for extreme dusty environments.
A4: Yes. Standard pallet sizes include 1200×1000 mm and 1100×1100 mm; other dimensions can be customized. Multiple stacking patterns (in-line, interlaced, brick-wall style) are supported and can be programmed according to your storage and transport requirements.
A5: The machine requires a 380V / 50Hz three-phase power supply with a total installed power of 11 kW, and a compressed air source of 0.6–0.8 MPa with approximately 130 NL/min consumption. We will provide the detailed site preparation list before delivery.
A6: The standard warranty is 12 months from delivery. We provide installation guidance, on-site commissioning, operator training, and lifetime technical support. Spare parts are available for long-term supply.
