This automatic palletizing machine is specially developed as the end-of-line stacking equipment for dry mix mortar production lines. It connects seamlessly with the packaging and conveying system, automatically completing bag receiving, positioning, layer arranging, stacking and pallet discharging for packaged mortar products such as plastering mortar, tile adhesive, putty powder and grout. It replaces heavy manual stacking, realizes continuous automatic operation of the whole mortar production line, improves stacking regularity and stability, reduces bag damage and collapse risk, and supports automatic warehousing and container loading. It is an essential automation unit to upgrade dry mortar plants and cut labor costs.

- Only trained operators are allowed to operate the machine; do not enter the safety fence area during automatic running.
- Keep the conveying channel clean, regularly remove mortar dust accumulated on the gripper, conveyor and sensor; dust accumulation may cause sensor misjudgment and bag slipping.
- Check air pressure, pipeline, fasteners and gripper wear before startup; stop operation immediately if abnormal vibration, noise or air leakage occurs.
- Do not modify the internal program and stacking parameters without authorization; new stacking patterns must be saved and tested under manual jog mode first.
- The pallet must be flat, intact and free of breakage; warped or damaged pallets are forbidden to use to avoid pallet collapse.
- Cut off power and air supply before maintenance, cleaning or troubleshooting, and hang maintenance warning signs.
- The working environment shall avoid corrosive gas and heavy rain splash; for special explosion-proof mortar workshops, select explosion-proof version.

A1: Yes. We reserve standard signal interfaces to connect with most vertical packaging machines, valve bag packers and belt conveyors. We can adjust the speed matching and layout according to your existing line.
A2: Yes. Different bag specifications and stacking patterns can be preset as independent recipes on the touch screen, and one-click switching is supported.
A3: The standard version adopts IP54 dust-proof design with sealed electrical cabinet. Regular dust cleaning is required. For sites with extremely heavy dust, we can upgrade dust-proof and dust-removal accessories.
A4: Check whether the bag filling weight is stable, whether the pallet is deformed, whether the stacking pattern is reasonable, and whether the gripper clamping position is offset. Adjust the interlocking stacking mode or reduce the stacking height if needed.
A5: Standard model lead time is about 20–30 working days. Our engineer can provide on-site commissioning and operation training.
A6: 12-month warranty for main components; lifelong technical support, remote troubleshooting and supply of spare parts.
