Before startup, fully inspect the power supply, pneumatic system, transmission components and weighing sensors. Remove foreign sundries and accumulated powder inside the feeding cavity and filling nozzle. Calibrate the weighing system regularly to ensure accurate metering. Confirm all safety protection devices and emergency stop functions work normally.
Use qualified standard valve bags; damaged or deformed bags are prohibited. Ensure stable and firm bag sleeving to avoid bag falling during filling. It is forbidden to put hands or tools near the filling nozzle during operation. Hard impurities and iron blocks are strictly prohibited from entering the machine to prevent equipment jamming and damage.
Monitor equipment running status continuously during production. Stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting in case of abnormal noise, vibration, material leakage, blockage or inaccurate weighing. Do not modify system parameters and formula data arbitrarily during normal operation. Keep the dust removal pipeline unobstructed.
Clean residual powder inside the feeding system and filling mouth thoroughly after daily shutdown to prevent material caking and blockage. Regularly lubricate transmission bearings and movable parts.
