Pre-operation Inspection: Check the tightness of all connecting bolts, the integrity of mixing paddles and sealing parts, the normal oil level of reducer and the flexibility of conveying equipment before startup. Confirm no foreign matters in the mixing cylinder and production pipeline, and prohibit faulty startup.

Standard Feeding Management: Strictly operate according to the set production formula and prohibit random adjustment of material ratio. It is forbidden to feed oversize stones, metal sundries and other hard impurities to avoid damaging mixing host and conveying equipment. Micro-powder additives shall be fed evenly in batches to prevent agglomeration.

Operation Process Supervision: It is forbidden to open the maintenance door or touch operating equipment during production. The equipment is not allowed to run under overload for a long time.
