The bucket elevator conveyor is a professional vertical continuous conveying equipment specially optimized for full-automatic dry mortar production lines. Adopting mature belt or chain circulating bucket lifting structure, it is dedicated to vertical high-height conveying of powdery, granular and small aggregate mortar raw materials, including quartz sand, cement, fly ash, mineral powder, admixtures and dry putty powder. As the key connecting equipment in mortar production processes, it stably lifts materials from ground feeding hoppers to silo storage systems, automatic batching units and mixing hosts. Featuring fully enclosed dust-proof structure, low material breakage rate, stable continuous operation and strong structural durability, it solves the problems of low efficiency, serious dust pollution and high labor cost in traditional material conveying. It perfectly matches double shaft paddle mixers, storage silos and bag filling machines to form a complete automated dry mortar production system.

Adopting vertical integrated layout, the bucket elevator conveyor occupies minimal floor space, which fully adapts to the compact modular layout of modern mortar workshops. It realizes high-height vertical material lifting instead of traditional horizontal long-distance conveying, effectively saving workshop space and optimizing the overall production line layout.
The whole machine adopts fully welded sealed shell and sealed inlet and outlet structure, which completely prevents fine mortar powder overflow and dust flying during operation, meeting environmental protection production standards. Equipped with mortar-specific deep anti-breakage buckets, it realizes smooth material scooping and discharging, with material breakage rate controlled below 1%, ensuring complete aggregate particle gradation and stable finished mortar quality.
Configured with variable-frequency speed regulation system, the conveying speed and feeding capacity can be adjusted steplessly according to the actual output of mortar production lines. The optimized circulating transmission structure avoids slipping, jitter and material backflow, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted cyclic operation. It delivers uniform and stable feeding volume to ensure consistent batching accuracy of the mixing system.
The fuselage adopts thickened carbon steel structure, and the buckets are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, which can resist long-term impact and abrasion of mortar aggregates. The equipment features reasonable structural design, few vulnerable parts and strong anti-fatigue performance, greatly reducing daily maintenance frequency and long-term operating cost.
Standard equipped with overload protection, anti-reversal device and emergency stop function to effectively prevent equipment blockage and motor burnout caused by overfeeding. Designed with external observation windows and detachable inspection covers, it supports rapid internal cleaning, wear inspection and parts replacement, with simple daily maintenance and high operation safety.

Check the integrity and fastening of the equipment shell, lifting buckets, belt and chain before startup. Inspect the tightness of all sealing parts to eliminate potential dust leakage points. Test the sensitivity of overload protection, anti-reversal and emergency stop functions. Strictly prohibit load startup to prevent motor overload, bucket deformation and internal material blockage.
Perform 3–5 minutes of no-load trial operation first, and start feeding mortar materials only after confirming stable operation without abnormal noise and vibration. Maintain uniform and continuous feeding; sudden excessive feeding is forbidden to avoid material accumulation and blockage inside the machine. Monitor operating status in real time during production. Stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting once abnormal vibration, noise or material backflow occurs. Do not open inspection covers or touch running parts during operation.
Thoroughly clean residual mortar powder and caking inside the equipment after daily shutdown to prevent material agglomeration from affecting subsequent conveying efficiency and wearing parts service life. Regularly check the tension of belt and chain as well as the wear degree of buckets, and replace severely worn parts in a timely manner. Periodically lubricate transmission bearings and rotating components to ensure flexible operation. Tighten loose bolts regularly. Keep the equipment dry and sealed during long-term shutdown.
Install the equipment on a horizontal, solid concrete foundation and fix it with anchor bolts to eliminate operational shaking. Keep the workshop dry and ventilated to reduce dust deposition and component corrosion. Only professionally trained operators are permitted to operate the equipment. Completely cut off the total power supply before all maintenance, cleaning and repair work to ensure construction safety.
Core vertical conveying equipment for standard dry mortar production lines, responsible for lifting raw materials such as dry sand, cement, fly ash and admixtures from ground hoppers to storage silos and intelligent batching systems.
Matched with large mortar mixers and silo systems to realize continuous and automatic material supply, suitable for large-scale batch production of commercial building mortars.
Applicable for material conveying in the production of waterproof mortar, thermal insulation mortar, anti-crack mortar, bonding mortar and wall putty powder, ensuring pollution-free and low-breakage raw material transportation.
Widely used in vertical lifting of various powdery and granular building materials such as stone powder, quartz sand and cement, supporting automatic batching and feeding of building material processing equipment.
A1: It is applicable to all conventional dry mortar raw materials, including powdery cement, fly ash and talc powder, as well as granular quartz sand and aggregates. It adapts to dry and slightly wet bulk materials, but is not suitable for materials with excessive moisture and serious agglomeration.
A2: Immediately stop feeding and cut off the power supply. After the equipment completely stops running, open the inspection cover to clean blocked materials manually. Check buckets, transmission belt and chain for damage, and restart the equipment only after all faults are completely eliminated.
A3: Yes. The lifting height, conveying volume and running speed can be customized according to the mortar production line output, workshop layout and process requirements to match the overall production rhythm perfectly.
A4: Adopt special anti-breakage deep buckets, adjust VFD speed to maintain stable operation, keep uniform feeding, and regularly calibrate bucket installation angle and transmission tension. Standard operation can stably control the breakage rate below 1%.
A5: Under standardized operation and regular maintenance, the main body service life can reach 6–8 years. Wearing parts such as buckets and belts can be replaced separately with low comprehensive operating costs.
A6: No. The fully enclosed welded structure and sealed inlet and outlet design effectively prevent powder overflow, realizing dust-free and environmentally friendly conveying, which fully meets the environmental protection production requirements of modern mortar workshops.
