Different from ordinary cement-based mortar production equipment, this line is professionally optimized targeting gypsum materials’ characteristics of easy hydration, fast solidification, fine powder fineness and easy agglomeration. It adopts anti-caking storage, graded precise batching and low-shear uniform mixing technology to solve core pain points such as raw material damp solidification, finished product stratification and unstable setting time.
Equipped with independent micro-additive metering system, constant-temperature anti-hydration silo device and special sealed mixing host, the whole line realizes automatic feeding, precise proportioning, non-dead-angle mixing, anti-solidification storage and quantitative packaging. It effectively guarantees the self-leveling flatness, bonding strength, setting time and construction fluidity of gypsum mortar. Aiming at the easy hydration and solidification characteristics of gypsum powder, the equipment is equipped with fully sealed raw material silos and automatic anti-bridging stirring devices. It effectively prevents gypsum raw materials from absorbing moisture and caking during storage and production, ensures consistent activity of gypsum base materials, and avoids unqualified finished product caused by premature hydration reaction, greatly improving product qualification rate.
Adopts separate batching structure for gypsum base powder, lightweight aggregate and functional additives. Independent high-precision micro-weighing unit is configured for retarder, water reducer, defoamer and toughening agents. The base material batching accuracy reaches ±0.18%, and micro-additive accuracy is up to ±0.08%. Accurate proportioning strictly controls the setting time and fluidity of gypsum mortar to meet high-standard self-leveling and plastering construction requirements.
Equipped with gypsum-dedicated twin-shaft non-gravity mixer with optimized low-shear mixing blades. It realizes full-scale homogeneous mixing without damaging fine powder structure or breaking functional fibers. The mixing uniformity reaches 1:15000, ensuring stable fluidity, excellent self-leveling performance and uniform strength of each batch of gypsum mortar, effectively solving floating, segregation and uneven mixing problems.
The system pre-stores multiple standard formulas for self-leveling gypsum, plastering gypsum and bonding gypsum, supporting one-click switching and formula authority locking. Automatic data recording and production traceability functions avoid manual proportion errors. The whole-process closed-loop production ensures stable construction performance and consistent finished product quality of gypsum mortar.
Matched with specialized fine powder pulse dust removal system and fully sealed conveying and mixing structure, it effectively recycles floating gypsum fine powder, reduces raw material loss and realizes zero-dust workshop production. The frequency conversion energy-saving system automatically adjusts operating parameters according to different gypsum formulas, reducing comprehensive energy consumption and daily maintenance costs.

1. Check the tightness of all silo sealing covers and pipeline joints before startup to prevent gypsum powder from absorbing moisture and causing early hydration. 2. Inspect and clean residual agglomerated gypsum materials in mixer and conveying pipes to avoid affecting new batch fluidity. 3. Calibrate micro-additive weighing sensors to ensure accurate dosing of retarder and water reducer. 4. Conduct 3-5 minutes of idle running to test the normal operation of dust removal and anti-bridging devices.
1. Strictly follow the professional feeding sequence for gypsum mortar to ensure uniform mixing of base powder and functional additives. 2. It is forbidden to mix cement-based mortar and gypsum mortar alternately without thorough cleaning, which will cause formula confusion and performance failure. 3. Do not arbitrarily adjust mixing speed and mixing time to avoid insufficient mixing or excessive shearing affecting self-leveling effect. 4. Control continuous operation within 16 hours to ensure stable precision of batching system and tight sealing performance.
1. Clean residual fine powder and sticky materials on mixer inner wall and pipelines completely after daily shutdown to prevent gypsum residue from damp caking and hardening. 2. Calibrate the micro-weighing system every 15 days to guarantee long-term batching accuracy of functional additives. 3. Clean dust filter cartridges regularly to maintain efficient recovery of fine gypsum powder. 4. Check silo sealing strips and anti-bridging device monthly, replace aging vulnerable parts every 7 months.

Keep workshop ambient humidity below 60% to reduce fine powder floating and moisture absorption. 3. Operators must wear professional dust-proof protective equipment during operation. 4. Cut off total power supply during equipment maintenance to avoid accidental startup and material spraying accidents.
