This plant takes sand, cement, fly ash, lime powder, mineral admixtures and various functional additives as raw materials to produce a full range of dry mortar products, including masonry mortar, plastering mortar, tile adhesive, putty powder, self-leveling mortar, waterproof mortar and thermal insulation mortar. Before startup, comprehensively check the power system, air circuit, transmission parts, weighing sensors and dust removal equipment. Ensure no foreign blockages in mixer, conveyor and silo. Calibrate the weighing system regularly to guarantee batching accuracy. Verify all safety protection devices and emergency stop functions are intact and effective.
Feed raw materials strictly in accordance with preset formulas and feeding sequence. It is forbidden to mix foreign sundries, iron blocks and oversized materials into the equipment to avoid mechanical damage. Do not overload feeding to prevent material overflow and equipment jamming. Prohibit random modification of system formulas and operating parameters during production.
Monitor equipment running status in real time during operation. Immediately stop production for inspection in case of abnormal vibration, noise, material leakage or inaccurate batching. Keep the dust removal pipeline unobstructed to ensure stable dust collection effect. No personnel are allowed to touch running equipment or stretch into the mixing chamber during operation.
After daily shutdown, thoroughly clean residual materials in mixer, conveyor, silo and packaging equipment to prevent material caking and blockage. Regularly lubricate bearings, gears and transmission chains. Check the wear of stirring blades, sealing rings and vulnerable parts, and replace damaged accessories in a timely manner. Clean dust collector filter bags periodically to maintain stable dust removal performance.
All operators must receive professional pre-job training and wear standard labor protection equipment. Keep the electrical control cabinet dry and ventilated to avoid electric leakage and short circuit faults. Cut off power and air source completely during equipment maintenance and overhaul to ensure construction safety.
For long-term shutdown, completely clean all residual materials inside the whole plant. Perform rust prevention, moisture-proof and dust-proof treatment on mechanical structures and electrical components. Cut off all power and gas sources to extend equipment service life.
