Gravity free mixer, also known as twin shaft paddle mixer, is the core mixing equipment specially matched for dry mortar production line. Two parallel shafts with specially angled paddles rotate counter-clockwise. Materials are lifted and thrown into a fluidized weightless zone, where particles move freely without gravity segregation. It achieves fast and homogeneous mixing for powder, fine granule and micro additive. It is widely integrated into automatic dry mortar plant for tile adhesive, wall putty, self-leveling mortar, thermal insulation mortar and other building materials. The mixer supports batch mixing and can connect with feeding system, batching system and packing system for full automatic production.

1. Do not start the machine under full load. Feed materials gradually after starting. Strictly control loading rate within 0.4–0.6.
2. Check the tightness of sealing parts, reducer oil level and fasteners before each running.
3. Hard foreign objects such as metal blocks are forbidden to enter the mixing chamber to avoid paddle damage.
4. Stop feeding and shut down immediately if abnormal vibration or noise occurs. Cut off power before inspection.
5. Clean the mixing chamber regularly after production to prevent material caking and cross contamination between different mortar formulas.
6. Replace reducer lubricating oil for the first time after 2 weeks of operation, then change oil every 3–6 months.
7. Do not open the inspection door or touch rotating paddles during operation.
8. Keep the workshop ventilation and dust collection system working normally.
