Check the power supply, air pressure circuit and mechanical fastening parts before starting the machine. Ensure there are no foreign objects or material blockages inside the feeding barrel and filling nozzle. Calibrate the weighing system regularly to ensure metering accuracy. Verify that all safety protection devices and emergency stop buttons are in normal working condition.
Only qualified dry powdery materials can be put into use; hard blocks, iron impurities and foreign sundries are strictly prohibited from entering the equipment to avoid damage to the screw and weighing structure. Place the open-mouth bag stably on the bag clamping position. It is strictly forbidden to stretch hands or tools into the filling port during equipment operation.
Observe the equipment operation status in real time during working.
