This professional fireproof mortar production line is a specially customized intelligent batching and mixing system developed for A-level fireproof, thermal insulation and flame-retardant dry mortar. Different from ordinary mortar production equipment, it is professionally optimized for lightweight fireproof aggregates such as vitrified microbeads, expanded perlite and special flame-retardant functional additives. The whole line realizes automatic feeding, precise proportional batching, low-loss homogeneous mixing, anti-delamination storage and quantitative packaging, fully complying with GB 28374 and international fire-resistant building material production standards.
Aiming at the characteristics of fireproof mortar raw materials such as light bulk density, fragile particles and easy floating stratification, this production line adopts low-speed protective mixing, graded feeding and targeted dust collection design. It effectively solves common problems such as lightweight aggregate crushing, flame retardant additive uneven dispersion and finished product segregation in ordinary production lines. With independent functional additive metering system and anti-deformation sealing structure, it ensures stable fire resistance, compression resistance and thermal insulation performance of finished products, being professional dedicated equipment for mass production of high-standard building fireproof mortar.


Equipped with special slow-speed variable-frequency mixing host, matched with flexible optimized blade structure. It realizes gentle mixing of lightweight fireproof aggregates, effectively avoids particle crushing and powder floating, maximally retains the original thermal insulation and fireproof physical properties of vitrified microbeads and perlite. The finished product has uniform bulk density and stable A-level non-combustible performance without hollowing and cracking.
Adopts separate batching design for heavy raw materials (cement, mineral powder) and lightweight fireproof aggregates, as well as independent micro-weighing unit for flame retardant, high-temperature resistant fiber and functional additives. The aggregate batching accuracy reaches ±0.2%, and the micro flame-retardant additive accuracy is up to ±0.1%, ensuring consistent fire limit and structural strength of each batch of fireproof mortar.
Optimized material grading feeding sequence and circulating mixing procedure, effectively suppress floating and stratification of lightweight aggregates. The system is pre-stored with multiple national standard fireproof mortar formulas, supporting one-click switching of different fire-resistant grade products. Automatic data recording and quality traceability function ensure that finished products stably meet 1.5h+ fire resistance limit and standard bonding strength requirements.
Aiming at the characteristics of light and easy-to-float fireproof fine powder, it is equipped with targeted low-wind-speed pulse dust removal device. It efficiently recovers floating lightweight aggregate powder, reduces raw material loss, and avoids environmental dust pollution. The fully sealed material conveying and mixing structure realizes closed-loop environmental protection production with zero leakage of fine materials.
The whole machine adopts frequency conversion energy-saving power matching, which automatically adjusts mixing speed according to fireproof mortar formula, reducing comprehensive power consumption by 20%. Key contact parts are made of high-temperature and wear-resistant alloy materials, adapting to long-term production of special flame-retardant raw materials. The vulnerable parts have long service life and low daily maintenance cost, with higher professional performance than universal mortar production lines.

- Check the tightness of lightweight aggregate silo and the integrity of mixer flexible blades before startup to prevent particle crushing and material leakage.
- Confirm the dryness of flame retardant additives and lightweight aggregates; damp and agglomerated raw materials are strictly prohibited.
- Calibrate the micro-weighing system for fireproof additives to ensure accurate proportioning of functional materials.
- Test the operation of anti-floating dust removal and silo arch-breaking device to ensure no floating powder or blockage during production.
- Strictly follow the standard feeding sequence: heavy materials first, lightweight fireproof aggregates and flame-retardant additives later to avoid finished product stratification.
- It is forbidden to arbitrarily increase the mixing speed to prevent crushing of lightweight fireproof aggregates and attenuation of fire resistance.
- Do not mix ordinary mortar and fireproof mortar alternately without thorough cleaning, so as to avoid performance cross-contamination.
- The continuous operating time shall not exceed 16 hours, and regular shutdown heat dissipation is required to ensure stable precision of functional batching system.
- Clean floating powder and residual materials on the inner wall of the mixer and conveying pipeline after daily shutdown to prevent lightweight aggregate agglomeration.
- Inspect and calibrate the flame-retardant additive weighing sensor every 15 days to ensure long-term batching accuracy.
- Clean the special dust filter cartridge regularly to keep the floating powder recovery system efficient.
- Check the wear of flexible mixing blades and sealing parts monthly, replace aging vulnerable parts every 7 months to avoid aggregate crushing.
- Special flame-retardant additives and lightweight aggregates shall be stored in a dry and moisture-proof independent warehouse to prevent moisture deterioration and performance degradation.
- Keep the workshop ventilated and humidity controlled below 65% to reduce floating fine powder.
- Operators must wear professional dust-proof protective equipment during operation.
- Cut off the independent power supply of the micro-additive system during equipment maintenance to avoid misoperation.
