4. Operation & Maintenance Precautions
  • Before starting the equipment, check all connecting parts, hydraulic components and transmission devices to ensure no looseness, oil leakage or abnormal friction; idle operation test must be carried out first to confirm normal operation before feeding materials.
  • It is strictly forbidden to put hard foreign matters such as iron blocks and stones into the mixing tank to avoid damaging the plough blades, granulation teeth and lining plates.
  • Feeding materials must be carried out in accordance with the specified proportion and feeding sequence. Overloading operation is prohibited to prevent motor overload and equipment jamming.
