The drymix mortar plant is a complete integrated automatic production system designed for industrial manufacturing of dry premixed mortar. The whole system consists of raw material silos, automatic feeding and conveying devices, high-precision batching system, twin-shaft paddle mixer, finished material silo, packing machine, dust removal equipment and PLC intelligent control system. Adopting closed modular production technology, the plant automatically completes raw material storage, quantitative batching, homogeneous mixing, finished material storage and automatic packaging. 4. Operation Precautions
  • Complete comprehensive equipment inspection before starting the plant. Check the firmness of connecting bolts, the operating state of conveyor and transmission parts, the oil level of reducers and the sealing condition of each equipment. Remove foreign impurities in silos, pipelines and mixing barrels to avoid mechanical failure.
  • Produce strictly in accordance with the set production formula. It is forbidden to modify batching parameters arbitrarily. Hard impurities such as metal blocks and large stones are prohibited from entering the production system to prevent damage to mixing paddles and conveying equipment.
  • Strictly implement safety operation specifications during equipment operation. It is forbidden to open maintenance doors or touch running parts. Long-term overload operation is prohibited. Once abnormal noise, vibration, powder leakage and equipment overheating occur, stop the machine and cut off power immediately for troubleshooting.
