Combined with bag conveying unit, posture adjustment unit, industrial palletizing robot, automatic pallet supply and discharge mechanism, this full-automatic assembly line realizes coordinated operation with automatic bag feeder and filling machine.

It automatically completes filled bag conveying, flattening, steering positioning, robotic grabbing, layered stacking, empty pallet feeding and full pallet output. Adopting PLC centralized synchronous control system, the whole line features stable linkage, low failure rate and 24-hour continuous unmanned operation. 4.1 Pre-operation Check
  • Check power supply, air source and connecting pipelines, keep working air pressure stable at 0.5-0.7MPa;
  • Check robot gripper, conveyor belt and induction sensors for wear, blockage and damage;
