Robotic Palletizing Conveyor Line is integrated intelligent end-of-line palletizing equipment specially designed for automatic bag packaging production lines. Combined with bag conveying unit, posture adjustment unit, industrial palletizing robot, automatic pallet supply and discharge mechanism, this full-automatic assembly line realizes coordinated operation with automatic bag feeder and filling machine.
It automatically completes filled bag conveying, flattening, steering positioning, robotic grabbing, layered stacking, empty pallet feeding and full pallet output. Adopting PLC centralized synchronous control system, the whole line features stable linkage, low failure rate and 24-hour continuous unmanned operation. Widely applicable for 10-50kg valve bags and open bags filled with powder and granular materials, it replaces traditional heavy manual palletizing, improves packaging efficiency, standardizes stacking shape, and realizes full-process automated intelligent packaging workshop.

- Check power supply, air source and connecting pipelines, keep working air pressure stable at 0.5-0.7MPa;
