The plough mixer is a core horizontal mixing equipment specially developed for dry mortar, building materials powder, and granular material production lines. Adopting advanced plough-type stirring structure, the equipment breaks the material accumulation dead zone through high-speed rotation of plough blades, cooperating with flying shear blades to realize rapid dispersion, stirring and homogenization of powder, granular and small fibrous materials.
Widely applied in dry mortar batching and mixing processes, it can mix cement, sand, mineral powder, various chemical additives and other raw materials evenly in a short time. The unique plough-shaped stirring blade design pushes materials to form three-dimensional circulating motion in the cylinder. Check the tightness of all bolts, the wear degree of plough blades and shear blades, and ensure no foreign matters in the mixing cylinder. Inspect the sealing performance of the cylinder body and dust removal device, and confirm the normal operation of electrical system, pneumatic system and transmission parts. Start the machine for 3-5 minutes of no-load test run to check for abnormal noise and vibration.
It is strictly prohibited to start the machine with load. Feed materials evenly according to the rated capacity, and do not overload or underload for a long time to avoid affecting mixing efficiency and equipment service life. Do not open the equipment access cover during operation to prevent safety accidents. It is forbidden to put hard foreign matters such as iron blocks into the mixing cylinder to avoid blade damage and equipment jamming.

Cut off the total power supply completely before maintenance, cleaning and parts replacement. Professional electricians are required to inspect and maintain the electrical control system.
