The bag filling machine is dedicated quantitative packaging equipment matched with fully automatic dry mortar production lines. Mainly designed for quantitative filling and packaging of powdery and granular mortar materials such as ordinary dry mortar, waterproof mortar, thermal insulation mortar, anti-crack mortar, wall putty powder and cement-based raw materials, this equipment adopts mature impeller feeding and high-precision sensor weighing technology. It supports automatic bag clamping, quantitative filling, dust-free packaging and automatic bag dropping, realizing continuous and standardized packaging operation. Featuring high weighing accuracy, stable operation, low dust pollution and simple operation, it perfectly matches the front-end mixing and conveying equipment of mortar production lines, greatly improving the finished product packaging efficiency, realizing unified finished product specification management, and becoming essential core supporting equipment for commercial dry mortar processing plants.

Equipped with imported high-sensitivity weighing sensors and intelligent PLC control system, the machine realizes dual-stage fast and slow feeding. It effectively avoids over-weight and under-weight problems, with packaging weighing accuracy controlled within ±0.2%. It ensures uniform net weight of each bag of finished mortar, stable product specification and qualified factory inspection rate, avoiding economic losses caused by weighing deviation.
Optimized fully sealed feeding and filling structure with matched professional dust removal interface effectively suppresses overflow of fine mortar powder during high-speed filling. It solves the dust flying problem in traditional mortar packaging processes, improves workshop working environment, meets environmental protection production standards, and reduces raw material powder waste.
The optimized impeller feeding structure runs smoothly with fast discharging speed. The single-machine packaging efficiency can reach 5–8 bags per minute, supporting long-term uninterrupted cyclic packaging operation. It is compatible with common valve bags of 20–50kg, adapting to various packaging specifications of different mortar products, and can be switched flexibly according to production demands.
The main body adopts thickened carbon steel structure, and the contact parts with materials are made of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion materials, which resists long-term abrasion and erosion of mortar powder. The equipment has few vulnerable parts and simple structure, with low daily maintenance difficulty and low operating cost, ensuring long-term stable industrial operation.
Human-machine touch screen operation interface supports parameter setting, weight adjustment, production data statistics and fault self-detection, realizing fully automatic unmanned packaging. Standard equipped with overload protection, material blockage protection and emergency stop function. It will automatically alarm and stop working in case of abnormal conditions such as no bag placement and weighing failure, ensuring safe and orderly production.

Before startup, check the tightness of equipment fasteners, the flexibility of impeller feeding parts and the integrity of weighing sensors. Confirm the normal air supply pressure of pneumatic components and the smooth connection of dust removal pipeline. Test the automatic bag clamping, filling and bag dropping functions to ensure sensitive and effective response. Prohibit startup with internal material blockage to avoid motor overload and equipment failure.
Start the equipment for 1-2 minutes of no-load trial operation before formal production, and adjust packaging weight parameters according to production requirements. Place the valve bag correctly and ensure firm bag clamping to prevent material leakage during filling. Do not touch the running parts and weighing area during equipment operation. In case of abnormal noise, inaccurate weighing or material blockage, stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting. It is forbidden to disassemble electrical and pneumatic components during operation.
Clean residual mortar powder inside the feeding chamber and on the equipment surface after daily shutdown to prevent material caking from affecting feeding accuracy. Regularly check the wear of impeller and sealing parts, and replace severely worn components in a timely manner. Keep the weighing sensor clean and dry to avoid dust accumulation affecting weighing precision. Check the air circuit and circuit regularly to ensure stable equipment operation. Lubricate movable parts periodically to reduce operational wear.
Install the equipment on a flat, solid and horizontal foundation and fix it stably to avoid vibration affecting weighing accuracy. Ensure stable air source and power supply to avoid voltage and pressure fluctuation. Only professionally trained operators are allowed to operate the equipment. Completely cut off the power supply and air supply before all maintenance, cleaning and repair work to eliminate potential safety hazards. Keep the workshop environment dry and clean to ensure long-term stable operation of electrical components.
Special supporting packaging equipment for medium and large dry mortar production lines, used for quantitative packaging of finished mortar after mixing, realizing automated and streamlined packaging production.
Applicable for packaging of waterproof mortar, thermal insulation mortar, anti-crack mortar, bonding mortar, repair mortar and other high-performance special mortars, ensuring standard finished product packaging specifications.
Widely used for quantitative packaging of interior and exterior wall putty powder, gypsum powder, cement powder, mineral admixtures and other building powder materials, adapting to multi-variety production and packaging demands.
Suitable for batch standardized packaging in commercial mortar processing plants, matched with silos, mixers and conveying equipment to form a complete automatic production line, improving factory automation and finished product delivery efficiency.
A1: Under standardized operation and stable working environment, the static and dynamic weighing accuracy can be controlled within ±0.2%, which meets the national building material packaging weight standard, ensuring consistent net weight of each bag of finished mortar.
A2: It is mainly applicable to 20kg–50kg conventional specifications of dry mortar valve bags. The equipment parameters can be customized according to user’s special bag type and weight requirements to meet personalized packaging needs.
A3: First, clean the dust on the weighing sensor to avoid dust accumulation affecting precision. Check whether the equipment is placed horizontally and whether the air pressure is stable. Recalibrate the weighing parameters through the touch screen. If the fault persists, check whether the impeller is worn or blocked.
A4: No. The equipment adopts fully sealed filling structure and is equipped with a special dust removal interface, which can be connected with dust removal equipment to realize closed dust-free filling, effectively avoiding powder overflow and environmental pollution.
A5: The conventional packaging speed is 300–480 bags per hour. The actual daily output is affected by mortar material fluidity, bag replacement speed and manual cooperation, which can fully meet the mass production needs of medium and large mortar production lines.
A6: Immediately stop feeding and cut off the power and air supply. After the equipment completely stops running, open the feeding chamber inspection port to clean the caked and blocked materials. Check the impeller wear and rotation flexibility, and restart production only after all faults are eliminated.
