The dry mortar production line is an integrated and automatic complete set of powder batching and mixing equipment for mass production of various dry mortar products. The whole production line integrates raw material storage, automatic batching, precise metering, high-efficiency mixing, finished material storage, automatic packaging, dust removal and environmental protection. It mixes dry raw materials such as cement, quartz sand, fly ash, calcium powder and various additives according to fixed formulas to produce stable dry mortar finished products.
There are semi-automatic, fully automatic tower-type and step-type structures to meet different production demands from small workshops to large building material factories. It can produce ordinary masonry mortar, plastering mortar, as well as customized special mortar including thermal insulation mortar, tile adhesive, anti-crack mortar, self-leveling mortar and putty powder. It replaces traditional on-site mortar mixing, and serves as core equipment for standardized, green and intelligent production in construction industry. It effectively solves industry pain points of unstable ratio, inconsistent quality, heavy dust pollution and high labor cost in traditional mixing work.
- Precise Batching & Stable Product Quality Equipped with Siemens PLC intelligent control system, the whole process realizes automatic batching and metering with batching accuracy within ±0.5%, eliminating manual proportion errors. Adopt twin-shaft gravity-free or plow-type high-efficiency mixing host with high material uniformity. Single mixing cycle ≤180 seconds. Core indicators such as bonding strength, water retention rate and compressive strength of finished products comply with ISO standards. Consistent batch quality avoids delamination, color difference and unqualified performance.
- Full Automatic Operation & Cost Reduction The production line realizes fully closed-loop automatic operation from raw material feeding, batching, mixing, material storage to packaging with minimal manual intervention. Small and medium-sized lines only need 3–4 operators on duty; large fully automatic lines can achieve unattended operation, greatly cutting labor cost. It supports continuous 24-hour stable running, delivering much higher production efficiency than manual mixing. Multi-level capacity options are available for mass production.
- Modular Design & Strong Compatibility Adopt standardized modular assembly structure. Configuration can be flexibly adjusted according to site space, product types and capacity requirements. Options include economical simple type, standard type and high-end fully automatic type for customization. It can produce both ordinary civil mortar and various functional special mortar. Modules such as drying, screening and fine grinding can be added later to expand production capacity and product categories. Long service life and convenient upgrading.
- Low Energy Consumption & Eco-friendly Production Fitted with pulse dust removal system. Fully sealed material conveying, mixing and storage structure restrains dust diffusion during production to meet emission standards and improve workshop environment. Optimized design reduces noise and energy consumption. Nearly 100% raw material utilization without material waste, meeting green production policies of construction industry.
- Rigid Structure & Easy Maintenance Core parts of main mixer are made of wear-resistant alloy steel, resistant to abrasion and impact for long-term heavy-duty powder mixing. Reasonable layout separates pipelines, wearing parts and control system. Daily cleaning, inspection and parts replacement are simple with low failure rate and short downtime to guarantee continuous production.

Supplementary Parameters Working Voltage: 380V/50Hz (customizable 220V/415V); Batching Accuracy: ±0.5%; Mixing Uniformity ≥98%; Raw Material Particle Size: 0.075–10mm; Packaging Accuracy of Finished Products: ±50g.
Inspect circuits, motors, seals, conveyor belts and dust removal system before startup for looseness, damage or blockage. Raw material moisture content shall be ≤0.5%. Wet, caked or heavily contaminated raw materials are forbidden to feed into the line to avoid blockage of mixing chamber and pipelines. Verify formula parameters on control system, clear platform and complete no-load trial run preparation.
Start the equipment under no-load condition. Start feeding only after stable operation. Do not start with materials or overload the machine. Do not put hands or tools into running parts like mixing host and elevator during operation. Monitor noise, vibration, temperature and instrument data in real time. Shut down immediately once abnormality occurs; never run faulty equipment. Formula parameters can only be adjusted by professional operators with records.
Empty residual materials inside equipment after production to prevent caking and blockage of cavity and discharge port. Follow shutdown sequence: stop feeding first, then mixer, finally power cut; avoid direct power-off shutdown. Clean dust filter cartridges, sieve meshes and discharge outlets daily. Lubricate bearings, reducers and transmission components weekly. Check wear of lining plates and mixing blades monthly and replace wearing parts timely. For long-time shutdown, conduct dust-proof and rust-proof protection and empty residual raw materials in silos.
The working area shall be ventilated and dry, kept away from open fire and corrosive substances with complete fire fighting equipment. Operators must receive professional training and wear dust-proof PPE. Test grounding protection regularly to prevent electric leakage. Keep dust removal system running during production to avoid dust pollution and safety hazards.

Q1: Uneven mixing and obvious color difference of finished mortar? A: Common causes: insufficient mixing time, wrong feeding sequence, worn blades or caked raw materials. Solutions: Extend mixing time to standard range and follow correct feeding sequence. Replace worn mixing blades. Sieve and crush caked raw materials before feeding. Calibrate metering sensors if measurement deviation exists.
Q2: Excessive dust emission failing environmental inspection? A: Usually caused by blocked filter cartridges, faulty dust fan or poor sealing. Clean or replace filter cartridges regularly. Inspect fan speed and pipeline sealing. Tighten sealing strips at feeding, discharging and connecting positions. Keep dust removal system running throughout production.
Q3: Reduced production capacity and slow discharging? A: It may be caused by blocked silos, pipelines or sieves, worn transmission parts or insufficient motor power. Stop the machine and clean caked residual materials to unclog pipelines and sieves. Check belt tension and reducer status, maintain transmission components. Avoid long-term overload operation.
Q4: Inaccurate batching and unqualified finished performance? A: Triggered by drifted metering sensors, faulty level detection or over-wet raw materials. Calibrate batching system regularly and remove dust on sensor surfaces. Strictly control raw material moisture and reject wet/caked materials. Check control formula parameters periodically.
Q5: Abnormal noise and heavy vibration during operation? A: Reasons include loose anchor bolts, eccentric blades, lack of lubrication or damaged bearings, uneven material load. Stop machine to fasten anchor and connecting bolts. Check flatness of mixing blades, replenish bearing lubricant and replace damaged bearings. Feed materials evenly to prevent unbalanced load.
Q6: Can the line produce multiple types of mortar? A: Yes. The control system can store multiple groups of production formulas and switch between ordinary mortar, special mortar and putty powder with one click. Fully clean residual materials inside equipment before product switching to avoid cross-contamination. Recalibrate ratio parameters after switching for normal production.
